Vanity light was not working.. called to report.. was repaired next day.. should have been checked before arrival..shower nice but had very small shelf inside shower to put personal belongings..soap…shampoo.. had to put on floor of shower.. was awkward.. everything else in room was clean.. well kept.. complimentary breakfast was substandard..no waffle doe as we entered.. never refeverbished..hot sections of breakfast not to a high standard.. sausage below quality.. eggs not fresh.. floor sticky… made a poor feel in an eating environment..

Loved that there was a basketball court and pool for the kids. My kids played for several hours and then slept peacefully. Breakfast had a great variety of options. It catered to most dietary restrictions. I only wish there was a plain Greek yogurt or lactose free option instead of all the flavors with added sugars.

The elevators were really slow. I ended up using the stairs, but had my mom with me who recently had foot surgery and stairs weren’t really an option as we were on the 6th floor.

The hotel is clean and welcoming. It is in a PERFECT location close to the downtown area, water area and lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and venues. It's only about a block and a half to walk to all the cool sites. The rooms are large and the shower is awesome.

The beds were hard as a rock. I feel like it's time to switch out the mattresses. The housekeeping g lady could not help me to get the ice maker to work. The pool was not ready yet, they were just filling it the day I left (March 31).

The Location was great, right near restaurants and shops in the River Market area.

The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs that were just OK and sausage. Waffles to make, cereal, four different types of bread to toast. There was no offerings of jam or jelly to put on the toast though, which there usually is. There was only butter and cream cheese.

Don’t mind catering to the gluten free and other diet restrictions to some extent, but what about the remainder of the guest? On Saturday morning breakfast is supposed to go until 9:30, but by 8:15 there was literally nothing left, even coffee. This forced us to find food elsewhere.

Customer service was outstanding and front desk clerk was exceptional! Initially we were checked into a room with shower only. Requested a new room with bathtub and front desk clerk personally checked us into a new room, personally delivered new key within 10 minutes! All with a smile and very accommodating!

Parking a little pricey.

I felt the people there were knowledgeable and kind.

I’m not sure what the smell was, but it was extremely strong in the rooms, it was a mixture between bleach and maybe bug spray. With no refund, I didn’t want to complain..

We loved this hotel. Very walkable to most things we did. They had free parking which was a bonus. The rooms where very spacious.

They allowed animals and we saw poop on the ground in our hallway which hadn’t been cleaned up. Also you could hear other rooms if they were loud.

The hotel is in a great location in the River Market district. Our room (as well as the bathroom) was very large and comfortable. It was useful to have a kitchen area. The staff were friendly. I can't comment on the breakfast as we regrettably didn't take advantage of it.

Super helpful staff and really well appointed room. Everything you'd need for a week stay. Kitchen has pots and pans, along with stove, microwave, fridge, etc in the room. Everything was spotless and beautifully laid out.
