Close to the airport. Can either wait for the shuttle or an Uber costs ~5,000-5,500 won. Easy check in.

Could have been cleaner. There was some dust and hair in the bathroom. Not too bad though. Sheets, pillows, and towels were all clean.

Room and bed size. Location just off airport. If you are at T1 the taxi is about £3.80. Bear in mind that the taxis are segregated by the distance that they are willing to travel, and local taxis are around K5 in the rank location scheme. You can get the hotel shuttle from T1, but the frequency is poor outside morning peak. If to or from T2 the inter-terminal shuttle stops about 60 seconds walk from the hotel and its frequency and punctuality is good There is a 24h local store embedded in the hotel. Hotel seemed good value to me.

Nothing really. Access from T2 may seem challenging.

The location to Terminal 1 was great- an easy shuttle ride to and from the airport. It is also across the street from Paradise City, which had some entertainment options.

They only provide a hotel shuttle to/from Terminal 1. You need to either arrange a taxi (which they happily did for us) or take the free airport shuttle to Terminal 2, which is run by Incheon airport (and doesn’t run as often). Despite this, I would stay here again.

Very close to the airport and hotel has his own bus, that goes to airport for free every half hour from 6 to 9.30 and hourly from 10 am to 10 pm.

We spent one night there. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and well equipped. The TV had a wide range of channels, including European ones, which I appreciated. Next to the reception there was a small shop that was still open around midnight, where you could buy drinks, snacks, and many other things – also a positive. The reception was quick and convenient, and the lady at the desk was very kind. Breakfast was unfortunately not automatically included in the room price, so I can’t comment on that, but since our flight was quite early anyway, it didn’t matter.

One thing to be careful about is the shuttle bus that runs near the hotel. You need to pay attention, because there are different routes and directions, and it’s very easy to get lost. Another thing is that although the hotel looks close to the airport, in reality it isn’t. Even Terminal 1 is quite a long shuttlebus ride away, and Terminal 2 is on the other side of the airport, which really is far. You have to plan enough time for this, as it definitely isn’t a quick two-minute transfer to the airport.

This was a very convenient stay at Terminal 2 at Incheon. We had our K-ETA valid, so did not had to stay on air-side. The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and spacious. We had a good sleep after a long flight and this hotel perfectly filled what is expected from an airport hotel.

The shuttle bus had different information in regards departure. Due to this fact we have missed one and waited one hour longer at the airport. So as a help - shuttle bus is leaving from Stop #14 - the very last right side from terminal exit (no matter which door) on the second ring towards parking. It leaves between 6-9am at 10 and 40 every hour, during the day each hour at xx:10 minutes until 22 - i guess. From the hotel leaves 10 minutes earlier so at full hours and in the morning at xx:30. Potentially the parking bus could be used as well - did not check if there are walkways all the way from parking to hotel.

We had a long wait for our flight, so we decided to stay here — and it was a great choice. The hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Incheon Airport, making it super convenient. There is a free shuttle service, though it only starts at 6 AM, which was a bit too late for our early flight. Thankfully, the hotel staff was very helpful and arranged a large taxi for us. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There's also a convenience store in the lobby, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay — perfect for a night near the airport.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and very clean, and despite the proximity to the runway I couldn't hear any noise from the planes. The restaurant has a large menu and food was decent. The little supermarket within the building has some good options for snacks and other things. Well organised shuttle service in a very modern and nice bus.

There are public buses leaving from the terminal to the hotel but they would not let me on with a suitcase which was frustrating. Some of the buses wouldn't even let on locals as they were full. I do note that this is not the hotel's fault!

the shuttle was good and by using the free circular shuttle which went from T1 to T2 and the hotel on the way it was easy.The hotel also gave us a small map so that we could walk from the hotel to the shuttle stop. ( 5 minutes ) The room was fine but the bedside lighting complicated !!.

The bathroom although quite adequate could do with a refit ie modern taps.

How close it was to the airport as I needed to be at the airport very early in the morning to fly back to Australia. I would not have been able to get from Tokyo to Narita in time for my flight. Loved the closeness of the airport/hotel

Maybe the rooms could be updated, it was like the inside of the rooms were stuck in the 1970's even though the 70's was a great decade. The hallways and outside of the rooms were all updated and slightly newer, but that all takes time and money. It was worth the money and the proximity to the airport and if I was to say more it is just to nit pick.
