Beautiful property and very welcoming and attentive host.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable. We changed rooms because the double room said it had a private bath but did not specify that it was outside the bedroom. Breakfast was at our leisure but was only toast, miffins and yogurt wirh coffee and juice. Fresh fruit and eggs would have made it better.

Very welcoming hosts who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and went as far as coming to pick us up when we’d taken the wrong bus. Annalisa catered towards our dietary requirements and was flexible in check out time. Great location if you’re looking for somewhere a bit more secluded, enjoy a hike and want to feel immersed in the Italian culture. Grazie

Breakfast was Lovely - Italian style, served according your scheduled timing and to your taste. Location was further from the city centre than we expected however the hostess was open to adapt and help us with lifts to the nearby town where we could take the bus to the centre, provide Umbrella when it rained and overall she was flexible. Very kind and caring asking us if the room was warm enough, etc. everything was clean and towels were exchanged. It’s a perfect location for people who have a car or love walking. You get to experience Bologna’s centre which is 20 mins away as well as a small Italian town filled with greenery and fields and local restaurants. Just wholehearted host.

Really there’s nothing bad to say.

Annalisa and family very helpful in making our stay very pleasant. Good location just out of the main village , close to a couple of recommended restaurants, quiet enough to have a good night's sleep but also V close to popular scenic roads.

Very nice location, in a beautiful quiet house, with a spacious garden. We felt welcome. The owners did everything to make us feel comfortable and give us advises about our journey. Breakfast was excellent notwithstanding the early hour.
