Double bed with single bed at the top bunk. Clean. Iron and iron board are available, plug points are sufficient . Water heater works great. Staff is quick with service when we request to change one of the blinking bulb. No window tho.

There is only one bottle of not sure if shampoo or shower gel or 2-in-1, no tissue box was provided (but toilet role is plenty), and tv screen slightly blurry.

Strategically location within commercial centre with some restaurants and milk tea shops. There's elevator within the building, so no issue for elderly to reach upper floors. However, as the guesthouse was located within bustling commercial centre, it could be difficult to find a parking space nearby during daytime. The room was clean and so did the bathrooms. There were 2 en-suite bathrooms & 2 sinks which was really nice for group travelers.

My room was next to the air-cond compressors area. The aircond compressors were a bit noisy.

Owner was responsive, found that my rooms is missing out on toothbrush and paste, texted him and he immediately send his staff to send it over. This location are nearby eatery and there’s a good dim sum and otah place. Plus point, there’s lift!

No door between rooms and toilet area

The location is quite good, nearby many restaurants area and shops. Clean and easy for self check in.

The room no window. I would like to suggest provide the floor mat outside the bathroom.

Many eateries around the hotel and also a Starbucks and a Guardian pharmacy.

Aircond is right at your face when you are sleeping. There's no escaping that constant blowing wind at night unless the air conditioning is switched off

a bit hard to find parking on the same street in the daytime

Both the rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable to sleep on. The rooms have 2 toilets which are really convenient to us. The suite rooms are located at area where foods are easily available and in variety. The entrance to the property may not be attractive, but once you entered the room, it really value for money.

One of the beds is facing the entrance of the toilets which is not too suitable to sleep on, suggest to have a sliding door at the entrance to the toilets. Suggest to have handwash cream at the basin for clients' convenience.

Everything! And credit to the host and person in charge that helped us to open the door when we accidentally left our cards in the room. The person in charge gave us a super friendly smile without making any scene of seriousness etc while assisting us. Make us felt her sincerity and kindness. Will definitely come back to this hotel in future. Thank you^^

Everything! The room was very spacious, comfortable and the facilities were all great. They provided almost everything from iron, hair dryer, towels, water filter even soaps so its very convenient. The check in process was also very easy and to have the locker to get/leave the card is ideal. The staff was also very helpful in sharing the location and was very prompt in giving us the password for the locker 😁

I like the services.Even without staff, Miss Tay instructions are very clear to the customers for check in and check out process.

It's not that I don't like anything. But, for some people maybe they prefer much hanging places to hang their clothes. But, I think the hangers provided by the facility is moderately enough.
