The common areas impress with architectural details. Huge, crystal chandeliers adorn the ceilings of the lobby, restaurants and staircases. There are unique works of art in quite a few places. The staff is friendly and always available. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is very varied, offering a wide selection of local, Asian and international cuisine. The restaurant also offers a buffet dinner, which is worth paying attention to. Hotel is just next to the train and metro station. However, the area is not suitable for walking outside.

Humidity inside rooms is pretty high despite of continuous running air conditioning. Rooms are not sound proof. The rooftop pool is too small and not for swimming. Be aware that all prices are object of additional GST tax. Information not mentioned anywhere.

The reception and restaurant staff were fantastic. A couple of minor problems with the room were fixed within ten minutes of reporting them to reception. Fantastic breakfast and dinner; the only criticism would be too much choice, one would need to stay for several weeks to try everything! Location was good -- very near to the station and convenient for shopping, but like many city centre hotels not very picturesque surroundings and as everywhere in Indian cities the traffic is crazy. The hotel can provide private transport at very reasonable rates and/or book taxis at ridiculously cheap rates by western standards.

The price of bottled water in the restaurant was exhorbitant -- one expects a mark-up, but 15-fold!! The water from jugs in the restaurant was perfectly safe and free.

Staff was very polite and courteous Right from Bell boys to reception housekeeping and restaurants- Rooms are roomy. Although not as big as expected. But we were there only for a short while Roof top restaurant had a good ambience , and service was very good Breakfast staff was amazing and took good care of my guests

We had booked a tabe at rooftop with Sonia for 11 @7.30 @ Chingari; but nothing was set up for us , however, the rest of the staff was quick to accommodate us Food menu should have more veg options , I had checked when booking and was told there are many

Pertinent to mention "Shubhranshu Pandey" who was at the Front Office and the moment we stepped in he made us feel at home. He meticulously dispelled all our concerns and took care of every need. We'd invited some senior doctors for dinner who were fussy eaters and "Rishabh" (Feast Restaurant) took very good care of us, made excellent suggestions and all were extremely appreciative. Both Shubhranshu & Rishabh really stood out amongst the staff who was overall very courteus. The Food is excellent and the spread (Choice) was mind blowing, very few hotels can match. We travel across the world and our stay at Sheraton was refreshingly satisfying in all aspects.

In some spots the carpets were moist & smelliing.

My default favorite for work trips in Pune. Decent 5-star property made exceptional by its staff. Special thank you to Manasi and front desk staff for smooth check-in and making every effort to accommodate my requests. And special thanks to Zuman and Sufiyan at the concierge for their kind assistance. Otherwise I really enjoy the food at the breakfast place - also serving great dinner and the waitresses and waiters are wonderful. Perfect size buffet spread with something for everyone: spicy to plain, indian and foreign cuisines. Personal fave was the small cart with Maharashtrian local specialties - hats off to the chef for that! Wifi, bathrooms, fitness center all very good.

Unfortunately the property is getting older day by day and small maintenance and upkeep could be improved.

The hotel itself is very fabulously furnished, and very pleasing to look at. The reception area is particularly fantastic. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. They provide you with Dental kits, shampoos, bathrobes and all the essentials. The Room service is top notch and the room service attendant even left us a special tea bag. The staff is very cordial especially Ms. Yogita who spoke to us very warmly. That definitely helped us feel home at the hotel. The location is very close to Central Pune, and it’s also very easy to catch a cab or Rickshaw.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. I only couldn’t get the phone in the room to work and after requesting the reception to fix it, it still wouldn’t work. But that’s most likely my fault.

Without question this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Every single member of staff is exceptional when it comes to service delivery and personal attention. For me it all comes down to the leadership shown by GM Saurabh Dube. Whether its the Head Chef Ritesh personally ensuring you are getting everything you want food wise throughout your stay; Chef Krishna in the absolutely fantastic new Nuvo Restaurant preparing a menu specifically designed for you that will surpass your expectations; Rinn and Siddhi in the lobby café taking care of you between meetings, or Swapnali and Khan at the roof restaurant preparing delicious local fare as you take in the pool and view, you will want for nothing at this hotel and will judge others of the standards that it sets. This is why we keep coming back every time we are in Pune.

We were unable to stay longer!

Fantastic Hotel with gracious staff welcoming on arrival and during whole stay. Facilities were excellent. The roof top restaurant was a highlight with traditional food available. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

There were no aspects to criticise or dislike. Service, food choice, cleanliness and facilities all met expectations for business and casual travellers.

The hotel is very beautiful, superb design, clean, the staff are amazing and very understanding of all our questions and concerns. The attention to detail in this hotel is seen everywhere, and the hospitality is unparalleled. The breakfast was excellent, with so many options to choose from and order, with both cold foods and hot foods. Every day we had something new. I liked the dosas, the tea, my son had a specially made Mickey Mouse pancake, and I appreciated the home made pastries which were much better than what I can usually buy from high-end coffee shops. The rooftop terrace (with restaurant) is such a beautiful oasis, and during the day the rooftop pool is open for kids and hotel customers. My son has many teddies/soft toys with him and every day the cleaning staff was arranging them so nicely on the bed. Beautiful hotel and fantastic hospitality. It was above and beyond what I was expecting, seriously one of the best!

The staff is good, the property decor is good and very ethinic. The food is exceptionally good. Also, the staff for the recreational facility is helpful. We experienced a wonderful assistance from the gym instructor Mr Gorey. He has been associated with the hotel for more than 20 years, he was proactive, provided great assistance, which turned out to be a wonderful experience
