Entire facility was clean, modern and tasteful. Great service by staff and housekeeping was excellent. I had a very comfortable stay. The bed was adequately comfortable. Bathroom was small but it was nicely designed and made use of the space well. The steak i ordered for room service was satisfactory though the portion was a bit small. Gym was adequate for the price I paid and clean. Easy walk from subway station and there’s a convenience store across. LG washers and dryers in basement were really nice and you can pay with your credit card. Would def stay here again.

Elevators were a bit slow. Only one elevator goes to the basement floors which is ok. A knob for switching shower head was a bit wonky but got used to it after few days.

This hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained. The rooms were in perfect condition, and the cleanliness was outstanding. It was just as luxurious and well-equipped as Josun Palace, making for a truly enjoyable stay. The bedding was comfortable, and the modern, spotless facilities added to the overall experience. One of the highlights was the complimentary sauna. It was impeccably clean and provided the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The hotel is very comfortable, in great location with plenty of restaurants on the doorstep and minutes walk to the tube, from where it's easy to get around the city. Staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings. The gym and spa facilities were great as well. Everything was perfectly clean, wide variety of food at the breakfast buffet.

The air con in our room wasn't great, it kept turning off and on throughout the night as the room got colder / warmer to maintain the required temperature, and it woke me every time, it was very loud despite the fan being set to the lowest, it sounded like a little plane is taking off each time. That was essentially the only flaw.

The bed is not comfortable

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed. Notably, Jinny and Iris at the reception desk provided exceptional service, assisting me with beauty salon reservations and recommendations. This was particularly helpful as, being a tourist, I didn't have a local number to make reservations on apps like Naver. The hotel's proximity to the train station and 24-hour convenience stores made it even more convenient for me. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room service. Water was replenished daily, and I encountered no hiccups during my stay. Additionally, they graciously allowed me to check in early at 11 am, provided a room was available. Overall, my experience was outstanding, thanks in large part to the excellent service provided by Jinny and Iris. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

If I had to mention something, I might point out that the shower screens didn't effectively contain water within the shower area.

Hotel is located near the subway entrance, everything was convenient. Robot deliverning water bootles was nice:) Valet parking was not pricy and pretty quick. Self service laundry at B1/B2 floors was great. Room service was good, but doesn't operate at night.

Rooms are quite small but it is Seoul. Getting access to sauna is a bit complicated, it would be much better if you can use your room key instead of getting another key at reception.

The reception staff were professional, friendly and proactive. Breakfast food selection provided for a good selection.

There was no pool and the room was on the smaller side. There was a large number of breakfast guests to serve at the same time, so level of service was not to level I would expect.

Convenient location, near to Yeoksam station (subway), amenities were good (self laundry, complimentary water, iron steamer etc), housekeeping standards excellent. Clean and safe. Front desk staff spoke english fluently and were helpful and pleasant. Ms Iris Choi, in particular who quickly helped my aged father carry bags to the car. David Oh also made the check-in process really smooth and facilitated with request for late check-out.

Air was really dry during winter (end Dec/ early Jan) it would have been better if a humidifier / diffuser was provided. We managed with a 5000KRW from Daiso #tip

room size is quite small, but it's ok with the location in the city center, convenience subway station nearby, restaurant and cafe nearby as well. we keep our luggages at the concierge which also help for the room size, for we stay for 12 nights at AC Hotel. we also borrowed the extra drawer, staff service is quite fast. I tried the room service menu, all taste good.

maybe upgrade roomsize a little bit? or cleaning staff will pay more attention to amenities to avoid we make a call to housekeeping because they forgot our towels, shower cap and water.
