The owners of The Bloom really put in effort to plan the layout of the room and its furnishings, finishings and the quality of its products lets you know that they have your comfort in mind. Kitchenette has everything you need AND MORE! Thank you owners of The Bloom ❤️! The rooftop cafe is beautiful and clean and so tastefully done! And the selection for breakfast is very good. The taste and portion is good. Thank you cafe team for the delicious start of day, everyday and for your wonderful service ❤️! Last but not least, a big big big thank you to our local and cultural guides, a wonderful, promising group of Vietnam's ambassadors the Customer Service team - Ms Quynh (Queen), Ms Nga, Mr Khien and Mr Phuoc- who have helped us with our itinerary planning and helped answer our questions relating to the culture, people,places. Great place to stay! Reception support was amazing, and there were 24 hours, and I was happy to assist. Rooms are lovely and large. Kein at reception was a life saver after my bag had never arrived from Singapore. He worked very hard with the airport to get my bag to me asap. Which meant I had someone to translate and update me on what was happening and relax and enjoy my first day in the city. His assistance provided peace of mind, and I am incredibly grateful!!

Sadly the jacuzzi isn't there any more.

The room is a studio, with pantry, fridge, water dispenser, and small sofa. All you need if you need to stay in for a day (to work). Comfortable to prepare quick lunch or other food at the room. Homy-feeling. A large space to store your suitcase and hang your clothes (normally I'm struggling with my suitcase in hotel rooms) Super friendly staff. Small gym. Small but sufficient breakfast, cooked fresh on the spot. Limited food waste.

No water kettle to boil water, but there are pots and pans and a 2-pit cooking plate, so I boiled my water in a pan. As the room has all the facilities you need, in my layout, it was also rather full.

We stayed in a luxury suite, which was well equipped and had a stove top and microwave. The suite was clean, comfortable and cost effective. The Bloom is situated off a trendy street in Ho Chi Minh City with a variety of Japanese and Western eateries, a little exploration and you’ll also find some awesome local fare. It was also very for convenient for us as it’s situated in between all the sites of District 1 and some of our friends who are located in District 2. Special mention to Kim at reception who was super eager and attentive to our needs!

I travel to VN a lot, and this is my go to hotel in HCMC. Its a great location -- quiet alley and very walkable. Staff is amazing, rooms are comfy and quiet (TIP: make sure you get room with view. Lower rooms open to light well which s fine, but not good for jet-lag). Rooftop is great to hang in when I need to work. Lots of street food, and some nice bars in the neighborhood.

Breakfast is fine, but gets a little old when I am there for a while—I don't eat meat, so my options are limited. This would not be an issue if you are a meat eater, OR only staying for a few days. For variety I'm fine grabbing a cheap breakfast on my morning walk).

The room was larger than expected. The kitchenette was very useful to us.

The music in the breakfast restaurant was obnoxiously loud for people who just woke up. That level of noise is more appropriate for lunch or dinner time. There should be no music or very soft volume for morning time.

This is the second time we stayed at the Bloom. We loved the location and the staff were incredibly helpful. We stayed in another type of room that was smaller than our first stay, while still comfortable there’s some viable water damage near the shower and balcony. Our aircon was initially not working, however the staff were quick to repair it, which was much needed as it was uncomfortably hot. All in all still a great stay and great value for money.

The jacuzzi was under maintenance so we didn’t get to enjoy it during our stay unfortunately

The room has everything like a studio apartment, bath tub, kitchen with all equipment (but no condiments to cook), rice cooker, microwave and a working corner with proper table and chair and light to work. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very helpful and nice to talk to. They have a luggage area in the room so that you can arrange your things neatly. Outside just walking distance are a bunch of local restaurants and Japanese restaurants, easy to find all your food and drinks, there is an old local market nearby (Thi Nghe Market) very fun to shop. Water is hot and nice. The bathtub is very nice.

I don't know what kind of machine was working near my room (maybe the outdoor unit of my room's Aircon) but it was vibrating strongly and I had a hard time to shut my eyes to sleep. By the same token with being well-equipped, the room looks a bit crowded to me, it made my head busy. I can't say that is their fault, just my feeling.

The standout of this property is the staff - every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and professional and went out of their way to assist. The room itself was lovely (note that the rooms appeared to vary slightly from the photos, for instance we didn't have a balcony or city view, but the room otherwise met all expectations). The breakfast was pleasant and the rooftop area was awesome - we spent many nights up there with a beer overlooking the city. The location is really cool - lots of great Japanese restaurants around and cool cocktail bars, while being very walkable to key tourist spots around the city.
