I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The airport transfer was smooth and hassle-free, and the driver was incredibly kind and friendly, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. When I arrived, the lady at the check-in desk welcomed me warmly and, to my surprise, my room was already prepared—even though I was checking in early. That was such a pleasant touch. The hotel itself is of a very high standard, everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the beachfront is absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. Highly recommend!

Really nice and polite staff. I was allowed to check-in early free of charge which was great. Good location to the beach front, shopping mall, and markets. Breakfast was nice with a customise your own omelette station, fruit, yogurt, and pastries. The room was large and clean with a beachfront view. A comfy bed with air-conditioned room. Complimentary items such as water, tea, coffee and bathroom facilities such as tooth brush/ paste, and nice shower gel, conditioner and moisturiser. No complaints with the room, likely one of the best I've stayed in! Free airport transfer!

WIFI in my room (4th floor) was weak. This was not a huge issue as the lounge area and beach front was beautiful and it worked fine there. I like to watch Netflix and chill in my room before bed, and it was a bit temperamental. Perhaps this varies depending on room location. I certainly didn't go hungry, but many breakfast options (although it did change daily) were not quite to my taste such as salad and humus, chicken livers, roast potatoes, vegetables etc. The breakfast juice was water based squash, and the coffee wasn't great. They do have have real juices and nicer coffee but this came at an additional charge from the desert bar in the lounge, but its worth paying the extra.

My family and I had an amazing two-night stay at Al Kout Hotel. The indoor swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and we all enjoyed spending time there. The breakfast service was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The entire hotel was spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were truly impressed by the cleanliness and the overall atmosphere. I highly recommend Al Kout Hotel for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Good location, low rise building, very supportive staff, access to beach, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and underground parking.

Kitchen didn’t have crockery and microwave oven. Internet and phones were not working when checked in. One washroom lock was not working. There were no washroom slippers. Things should have been checked prior to guest check in. AC was a bit noisy.

everything except the airport drop service by the hotel.

Airport drop. As per the hotel policy, you have to inform the reception about your checkout and the request for the airport drop timings. Despite the of intimation 24 hours, and the request 30 minutes before they made me to wait for more than 40 minutes for the driver. because of their delay, I was about to miss the flight but fortunately, the flight was delayed.. I advise the guests not to Opt for the airport drop service as the cost of the airport port drop may cost you KD 5 but if you miss the flight, you may lose big money. Instead, tax a taxi to go to the airport.

The staff were so friendly and warm welcoming with every guest even though some of guest was so annoying and rude in reception desk but the receptionist kept calm and smile that’s the most thing I like I appreciate everyone of staff for hard working to make each guest happy and satisfied

I’ve never had chance to see swimming outdoor , I’ve asked the receptionist the direction of it but he told me it’s closed after 8pm , however , in early morning at 8am I’ve tried to go there but I found that it closed. The A/C sound was annoying I had to turn off.

Everything was excellent. The staff were excellent and respectful. Anything you asked for was quick to respond to. There was no delay for breakfast. It was excellent. The parking space for the cars was excellent. I would like to thank you, Mr. OM, for everything he did in it, from reception to preparing the room and anything we asked for. Quick response. The service at Al Kout Beach Hotel is truly top-notch, and I was particularly impressed by the level of professionalism and attentiveness exhibited by the staff. Their cooperative and accommodating nature made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. From the concierge to the housekeeping team, each member contributed to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the well-maintained facilities, truly reflects the dedication of the management and staff to providing a remarkable guest experience. I would like to commend the hotel on its efforts to maintain such high standards of hospitality. My stay was nothing short of extraordinary, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Gym opening hours were not early enough for us to use it when we'd liked. Music played at the rooftop pool area was a bit too loud at times
