Very kind and good staffs. Ameen from the reception was the first face we saw and did represent this hotel very well. he was very helpful and supportive and make our check in process go very smoothly. Also thank to Sajid for your service. The hotel itself has a very relaxing atmosphere with its lobby connected to the mall. Our Room was comfortable and when we needed to heat our food they actually offered to bring a microwave ! that has never happened to us before and was a very nice touch from the staff. We had our breakfast in the room and the food was extremely delicious with reasonable prices. their dedication towards their customers is unmatched !

Great service from the staff from the airport transfer all the way through to checkout. At check in we were given breakfast as a complimentary gesture. We were allowed to checkout two hours late to accommodate our infant who was having a nap and Alam Morshad, the concierge even arranged for a private driver for the day to take us around the city, view the local sights and then drop us off at the airport. The property itself is clean and connected to a mall housing an array of shops and restaurants.

We loved the service. We loved the spacious room. We loved the breakfast. We loved that it was connected to the mall. We loved that there were plugs everywhere to make it easy to plug in our technology. Overall it was a very delightful stay and we will definitely be staying there again in the near future.

It was a very windy day so when we went up to use the pool it was not available. Other than that it was a pretty perfect little getaway. Though the distant view of the beach and Souk Al Kout were lovely, it was very distracting with the rooftop of the Al Kout Mall air conditioners and other pipes

Amazing staff and welcoming, specially Layla in the front desk, the hotel is so clean & smells great , everything is around the hotel, so it’s very helpful, the food is amazing.

the only thing is the bed size is small & the sink in the bathroom felt so small, otherwise everything was great .

Furniture , spa need some renovation Roof pool is not safe for kids ( should raise the glass barriers since it’s by the edge of the hotel) - couldn’t find parking, parked in an empty land in front of the hotel

I appreciated the promptness in providing the rooms, check in was like 10 minutes. and the suite size was quite comfortable. The hotel’s location within a complex is a significant advantage. Nothing about the hotel but I feel I could have made a better selection of location … this hotel is not in the main city and a bit far out from most attractions …

We really enjoyed our stay! The free breakfast was tasty, and they surprised us with a birthday cake for my husband — such a kind gesture. Layal was always smiling and super friendly, which made us feel right at home. Would totally come back again!
