Very good location, about 7 minutes to the airport. Has a direct access to 360 mall (the new side of the mall, there are many nearby restaurants and shops options). Extra ordinary decoration, I loved all the art pieces and canvas. The room size is huge. very friendly and professional staff. Overall, for a new opening hotel, I had a good experience. I will definitely come back again. I approve it for all my stays in Kuwait

I asked for a special arrangement, the Romantic Package, it was arranged very beautifully, I was happy about it. However, I requested for a special message on the cake and it was written wrong. I informed the reception 3 times, at check-out they gave me a very beautiful rose bouquet as an apology. The phone in the room was not working since the second day! When I receive a call, only the phone in the bathroom rings, and the phone in the room doesn’t ring. So it was bothering me to go to the bathroom each time I receive a call. The Room cannot get cold enough, even though I the AC is at 18 degrees.

The interior design is so beautiful. I like that it’s connected to the mall.very clean. Thank you for the late check out.

The staff is always very busy. I did send few emails before checking in and no reply. I also sent messages through Booking and no body responded either. After I left I noticed that I lost a sunglasses and I called the hotel to check. I was told that they will check and call me back but unfortunately no answer till now. I think communication is their biggest weakness. Not everyone seems happy to assist.

1. The service was not great, wait or several times did not listen and get what was requested and repeatedly clear the plates when we had not finished the food. 2. Majority of the food stations required a server to give you what you wanted. Portions given were small and was frustrating when you had to ask for more! 3. Food and coffee ordered was warm not hot!

Fix the points mentioned above.

Every thing was amazing from gate to the room and also we would like to thanks to lead team Karis and Ms.Anglo and Nancy from ( SPA ) my wife she was happy to dealing with them and all staff .

But there is something is unhappy which is the room we found some flower on the ground and we spoke to the room service to clean . But because we know the hotel we did not escalated this matter .

I liked the quiet I like the good treatment. I really like the spa it was so good even the jacuzzi area

I didn’t like the swimming pool because it is not private I didn’t like the buffet breakfast because there isn’t many kinds of gluten free food I hope if you provide gluten free and lactose free for people with “Celiac disease” They can eat any thing except ingredients of gluten and lactose

I love the connecting with Mall 360 that's why the location is perfect. The Mall is wonderful, and safety of hotel was excellent. I ate my breakfast from 360 Mall. The bed, the bathroom & the size of the room is perfect actually everything was perfect.

Not all toiletries are available, and when I ask the receptionist for the evening, he is late and does not bring it either, and I do not like the request more than twice. the second note I asked from reception to inform the room service, but nothing happened. I booked for two rooms, they serve a complimentary for one room only and it's not main.

We stayed in the junior suite it was beautiful. So big and specious. We went to kuwait to celebrate my 30th birthday and they treated me with a delicious cake. The hotel was fully booked due to musical concerts so we only got our room after 2 although we arrived at 10, but the staff provided complimentary coffee and tea at the lounge. I found that very thoughtful

Guest service isn't that great. Twice we call housekeeping requesting things and they completely ghosted us. For the amount of money I paid I expected royalty treatment

Quality & variety of breakfast buffet were under my expectations . Valley service was poor that I waited more than an hour for my car. Hotel couldn’t provide us special rates for group that is why we booked separately on higher rates
