I don't know where to start, but I can say that I stayed in a dream room. Fabulous large fully equipped new room. The bed was very comfortable. The room has many facilities such as microwave oven, stove etc. like. Also, the reception staff are very respectful and friendly. They do everything to make your holiday a good one. The hotel's free airport transfer facility was a big factor in my choosing the hotel. As for breakfast, a delicious and full open buffet awaits you. My advice to those who read this review is to book the hotel right now and enjoy your holiday.

The staff are extremely collaborative and friendly, making the stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and everything required for a comfortable stay is available. Bonus point for them: I appreciate their honesty as well. As I have forgotten a couple of gold rings at checkout. Got it back from their management couple of hours later. Thank u boudl.

Good hotel, close to the sea, very friendly and helpful staff, nice huge room, clean, it was perfect. Also the pickup and dropoff at the airport were great, really nice helpful driver, like the rest of the staff I must say!

The AC was may be a bit noisy, but considering the temperature outside (51 Celsius!!!) I guess it was working at full load.

Clean and spacious well equipped appartment. Manager is very helpful and trying to treat each guest individually. Lot of shops, fast food and cafe nearby, also a pharmacy. Two big malls just a five-ten minutes walking distance away.

Very near to restaurants and shopping mall, good clean rooms Mr Ashraf from the hotel management super in guest relations and very hospitable

Front desk staff not properly trained and not clear on the rules. Also in todays world front desk staff should be bilingual knowing Arabic and English both.

This was an exceptional stay. The staff were extremely helpful and went beyond and above what is reasonable to ensure our level of comfort. Special mention to Hajer, Mojahid and Jabir. They were all amazing. It is highly recommended and advised for your next visit.

breakfast was good my place need to be bigger. location is reachable and the place is clean . the food was varied for all tastes . staff of coffee shop very cooperative

the fitness center , need to have more facilities and more seta . bigger place will be better . TV screens need to updated with new models .

did not have breakfast , but from previous experience breakfast is certainly one area where they need to improve a lot in terms of variety , quality and ambience.

All staff should bi bilingual as lots of non Arabic speakers are also visiting for work and leisure

Rooms carpet need change. Car parking was small and need to install car shade
