I like that it was far from the noise of the other stations. The drive up from the entrance of the New Coast was refreshing after going by shanties and trash along the way - so glad there is this part of the island that is clean visually. The private beach is a big plus. Also, Ivan at the front desk was the best!

The drive from the port was long. Also, getting in touch with your staff prior to our arrival was so hard. It took them so long to answer emails and they don't give enough information. Booking airport and ferry transfer was a convoluting process - we should be able to just do this online and not go through multiple emails and multiple steps to book a transfer. Please make it easy for guests.

The location. It was in the north of Boracay, so there was no touristic hassle. The staff. They were very helpful! I would stay here again, to be honest. I do hope they will take care of the black mold issue

Unfortunately, the shower contained a bunch of strands of black mold. That needs to be taken care of as it is a health hazard, especially if you stay here for a prolonged time as I did.

I was worried at first that the location would be too far away from the centre but it was lovely coming away from the chaos to the peace and quiet. The hotel was calm and all of the staff were exceptional. The shuttle bus into the centre was great - it would be nice if there was also a 9:30pm return like the Savoy next door. I visited the Savoy and it definitely wasn’t as tranquil as the Belmont!

I read reviews about the beach beds being so far away from the water and that they couldn’t be moved. They aren’t that far and they can be moved! I loved the intimate size of the beach however, there’s too much plastic/rubbish on it. It wouldn’t take much to have staff pick it up on a daily basis as the stretch of beach isn’t that long. There was a tractor doing this on one occasion that I saw but it needs to be physically picked up.

For the most part we liked everything about Belmont, friendly staff , to the private beach to the hotel grounds itself.

I do believe that the transportation to the other zones could be a little more organized.

I recently stayed at Belmont Hotel for 5 nights with my husband, and overall, it was a great experience! . The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and I had a good night’s sleep each evening. The bathroom was well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was their private beach. The views were amazing, and I spent a lot of time enjoying the atmosphere The only downside was the noise coming from the contruction area from the building next to it which slightly impacted my overall experience as well as the location which is abit far from the city. However, it wasn’t a huge deal and didn’t ruin my stay. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Belmont to anyone visiting Boracay, and I’ll certainly consider staying here again on my next trip! Kuddos to the friendly Front office agent who always have a big smile in their faces, the House keeper man who always make sure that our room was clean as well as to Princess, Rea and Brian from the Pool Bar.

The check in process is a nightmare.we waited 3 hours for a room and the most annoyed think is the staff on the reception who start dealing with 5 person in the same time and make all the procedure even more longer.need a tuk tuk or bus if you wanna anywhere

- Of the three hotels in Newcoast Boracay, this was closest to the beach. - The hotel is perfect if you want peace and quiet. Definitely away from the young and wild crowds of station 1, 2, and 3. - The breakfast spread was decent. - The staff were so very welcoming and hospitable! Literally all of them! 😊 - The hotel's spa had a 50% discount from 2 to 6 pm. - Room service was quick! - They arranged my transportation to the airport for a fee. So convenient! - Would 100% come back again!

There's nothing I dislike about this hotel. Maybe the location? As you have to get a ride to the main town. But the hotel offers a free scheduled shuttle service to and from the hotel from D'mall. (Dont forget to make a reservation ahead of time). I also was able to take the Hop on Hop off bus from this hotel so no problem at all. 👍😊

It has a private beach. They have their own shuttle and the location is safe.

Others would say it's far from the main hub which is true but if you want to enjoy your Boracay stay, wherein no vendors will sell you anything, consider staying in this hotel.

Breakfast was good, and changed every day. Evening meals were good, many different promotions and offers during our stay. The managers and staff went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay - especially Michelle and Riv, thank you so much. The location is away from the main beach area, and is very quiet and peaceful - exactly how we like it. So nice to walk around the area too, enjoying the breeze.

Sometimes the noise at the swimming pool between the two main buildings can be a little loud, for those who have rooms overlooking the pool. Not everyone wants to hear beat music all the time. But when we asked if they could turn the volume down a bit, they kindly did so.

Great hotel all round. Located on Boracay Newcoast just steps away from the beach and water activities. A short shuttle drive to station 2 which is perfect if you want to avoid the hustle and just relax. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, decent gym and pool. The buffet breakfast was always filling and there were multiple restaurants available at the resort village. The staff was accommodating and treated us well. Thank you to Ivan who helped us celebrate our special day.

Wifi was intermittent after a large group checked into the hotel.
