The Boracay Mandarin Island Hotel is an excellent experience and one of the best options in Boracay Island. Our experience was extremely positive and one of the best in my life. This amazing experience starts before you arrive at the hotel, with great information from the staff by messages/emails, amazing treatment from all the Hotel staff as soon as you arrive. They are very welcoming, helpful, supportive and so so friendly. The rooms is extremely good, clean, big, comfortable and the same as described. The pool is amazing, front beach and so relaxing.

The breakfast is good, there are a lot of Philippine breakfast options but I would suggest including more breakfast options served outside of Philippines. Also, the breakfast could start an hour early (7am) for who is checking out early not leave the hotel and miss the breakfast.

The location between the beach and the restaurants or dmall was excellent even to the beach. Food at the restaurant was really nice too. the rooms were really spacious and a good layout. The bathroom was lovely too. The live music in the evening had the best singers in my opinion and were so lovely (however if you plan an early night it might be a little hard because you will hear the live music till 11pm) was so close to the beach you could just step out. would defintely stay here again.

The beds were very hard so was uncomfortable to sleep at night and the breakfast was limited for those that do not eat pork but did have a few options. was simple spread so was expecting a little more and had to pay extra if you wanted a fresh made coffee rather than a big container of coffee. Other things like eggs cooked a certain way were also available but was noit told to the guests before hand so I only knew after watching others, it would be better to be informed what other things can be ordered and what may be extra costs. it can be a little loud at night

Clean, nice and friendly staff

Becareful those outside agency for tour guide. Just outside those at mandarin island hotel, his name call bobby. We got scammed for 2 days straights scam over 30k pesos for tour and sport activities. Kindly guys look at the right counter for island activities, never go for outsider agent, those walk around and ask you. Please prevent it.

The location is in the middle of everythin! Few minites walk to D’mall & Bars. Beachfront! Staff are friendly and accommodating! Breakfast os descent!

Place is a lil outdated, needs remodeling on some rooms and facility area. It is a bit dark in reception desk.

The staff is what this hotel can be proud of! Really friendly, amicable, smiling and ready to help. Rooms with the pool view are great, comfortable mattresses. Beach mats and towels are available for use at the reception. Room service on request. Good selection of foods for breakfast. The location is in the middle of the island.

The hotel was hard to find - the taxi from the port brought us to the Mandarin Bay first and told that it was the right place (which it wasn't), and then we had to drag our suitcases on the sand for about 10 minutes. After 2 days the toilet in our room started to leak..although we were moved to the next room at once, it was smaller than the previous one. And we also got unlucky because during our stay there were daily repairing works in the hotel starting from approximately 9 am, it wasn't the problem, as we got up earlier but the sounds were rather loud and noisy, that spoiled the impression a little.

Easy access to the all amenities. Stone throw from the beach. Excellent breakfast.

Guests occupying on the first and second floors have nowhere to sit when using the pool. Chairs were reserved for ground floor guests only.

The private transfer is a must. The Mandarin Island team were excellent, from the airport pick up; the boat transfer; then the bus transfer to the hotel door The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, but it is the only facility. The restaurant was good, with some great pizza on offer.

The range of breakfast could have been better, although nice. The hotel is starting to look dated, bit that seems to be Boracay generally. Greater discount offer for the spa. At 20% off, it makes you want to check other offers outside of the hotel. We did a few.

We stayed 7 days and 6 nights with my family total of 8 members of my family. We stay in Premier deluxe with sea view. The stuff was so nice and polite. Everytime they see you they great you. We love this place . Easy access to the beach. They have live band every night. They have a variety of food (buffet breakfast). I've been in boracay Island for 8 times but this is the only hotel I came back.. They are so accommodating.. I recommend also to get an airport transfer from them . Hassle free.. Highly recommend.

The staff at the manderin are what makes this hotel they are ALL fantastic people always going out of there way to help the rooms are very clean serviced every day the hotel restaurant is very good and the location superb 10/10 manderin highly recommended....thank you

NOTHING...!

It was a delightful stay from start to finish. They met us with refreshing fruit drinks and some music & cultural dance upon our arrival! Everyone was friendly & willing to please! The food in the restaurant was amazing and plentiful at the breakfast buffet! There was live music with songs that we recognized from 60’s through 80’s or more; they were talented trios mostly. We arrived after 2 flights and about 26 hours of flight time so turned in early—our only complaint was trying to drown out the music that lasted till almost midnight with ear plugs to sleep. D Mall as a couple blocks away to the north west and had anything you wanted….lobster & seafood! The Mandarin Island hotel provided transportation to & from the airport RT at reasonable prices (van, boat & second van). Then our private beach hopping excursion with Gretchen was awesome the next day. We departed on the third day feeling like we saw everything we needed to see! Beautiful Island and lovely accommodations!

The music on the property was too loud if you turned in before midnight! Even with ear plugs, it was difficult to drown out…. We enjoyed the music while awake however.
