Everything. Location is good, restaurant staff and food amazing, all staff were lovely. pool access room terrific, beds comfy, facilities great. This one is a hidden gem! Definitely recommended. We stayed over Christmas & Santa came to visit at breakfast with little gifts of cookies for us all.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. It was as a fantastic stay.

The hotel was clean, beds very comfortable and pool was clean and big

We noticed small things missing like $20 and some face creams but didn’t mention it as it was minimal. In hindsight could’ve been more$? On arriving home we found face serums and creams, hair serum and underwear had all been taken. The hotel denied claims. Watch your belongings including the safe as they said they found it open which we know it wasn’t.

The pool access rooms were really nice Pool temperature was perfect Great location Romeos restaurant out the front was fantastic House keeping was fast and efficient Bathroom was great and room was clean.

I nearly broke my toe on the ledge that’s inside the pool as dropped in there’s a small step at the bottom. I had reasonable bruising but this subsided after 2 days. The aircon needs a bit of a clean, smelt very damp/musky when we first arrived.

2nd time staying , just as great as 1st time

Few rowdy people in pool splashing around and wetting ground floor terraces (day bed and towels etc ). Not hotels fault obviously , but be prepared guests on other levels around your ground floor pool access terrace in your space . Wish was bit more Adults only .

Great location with a fab cut through lane way to access the beach, pool access room is worth the little extra $ Staff were so kind and helpful, drinks and food poolside were great and can order via an app or pressing a buzzer. Beds were comfortable and pillows were better than mine at home! The hotel was clean and modern - such an amazing week at Ossotel!

Location of the hotel is ideal for us. The size of the hotel is also good. Not too big with too many other guests making it feel busy. It feel nice and quiet. The restaurant is excellent value and quality of the food very good. Live entertainment was enjoyable.

The one problem we had was accessing the pool. We stayed in pool-side room 102. We found accessing the pool directly from the room was difficult. We heard the same story from other guests who had the same experience in that room. While there is a "Kiddies pool" there are no small or easy steps into the pool at that end of the pool. Within the room there were no bag stands or benches to place luggage on.

The best thing in the hotel is the staff. Very friendly. From the guys who clean the rooms to the reception and the restaurant.

We stayed in a pool access room at the very end of the pool, the room we stayed in was very clean, bathroom included, the air conditioning was cold, the pool was clean and got a good amount of sun. Due to being in the very end room at the end of the pool we pretty much had that part of the pool to ourself so it was like it was our own private part of the pool as people tended to stay / swim out the front of their own rooms or more to the middle and front of the pool. The view at breakfast sitting on the stools in the front of the hotel in the open air being able to watch the people pass by on the road was fantastic. The hotel itself is in a really fantastic location with many great restaurants close by. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The room was a little smaller than some of the places I have stayed in but the bathroom was a little bigger then some of the places I have stayed in. (The room size didn't really bother us but it was just something we noticed) Although the breakfasts were very nice, I do prefer the variety of buffet breakfasts (My personal preference) The outside room pool day bed was very small.

We can’t rate this lovely clean and comfortable hotel highly enough, from the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and looked after, the staff are all absolutely lovely, the rooms were clean and cool, the pool was divine and Romeo’s the restaurant attached to the hotel, was again so warm and friendly and the food was delicious, I recommend the vegetable fritters on the brunch menu, best thing I’ve eaten in ages!! Special mention to Eka, who helped us so much when trying to arrange onward transportation when we were stuck, and they even allowed us to come back on our last day, (because we missed it so much!) and store our luggage, have lunch and a quick dip in the pool, thankyou all so much we were very sorry to leave!
