The location of the hotel is in front of the beach which is quite convenient to access it; the breakfast has several and diversified options; there is a bath in the bathroom; the staff is very friendly and helpful - from reception, breakfast and room cleaners.

The air conditioner was very inefficient and could not provide a fresh environment in my room. Although the explanation was that weather was too hot, I consider that it should have the right capacity and performance to handle it.

Junior suite was lovely, very spacious. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, underground carpark recommend you park down side street check in as not easy to find without hotel guidance could end up in wrong carpark. Good location on beach lots of bars and restaurants. Easy walk to old town around 30 mins

Breakfast was average, and there was no bar in the hotel but not an issue as Irish bar just outside

The rooms did not match the entrance. When you arrive the reception is light, bright, beautiful and modern then when you arrive to the rooms they are dark and uninviting. very different to the arrival setting

Lovely welcoming clean hotel. Easy check in, professional helpful staff. Got upgraded at no extra cost. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Overlooking beach. Loads of bars and restaurants very close. Supermarket close too. Parked in public underground car park just around the corner with excellent security.

Location sea front with a great view on the ocean. Various bus lines for Cadiz city centre at walking distance, as well as bar and restaurants and supermarkets . Room spacious and well equipped. Breakfast with large buffet for all tastes.

Parking possibilities offer in booking, but in reality, they have a very limited amount of available spaces. We didn't get any, and had to park in a very expensive parking lot nearby.

A beautiful hotel with incredible sea views. It’s in the new part of city so quite far from the old town (20 min bus ride). The trade off is kms of beach at your door that is much quieter than around La Caleta.

The location was wonderful, the beach right out the front door, very centrally located, easy to walk to stores and restaurants and very easy access to bus lines and highways. The hotel was nice, clean very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was first class. It was a great experience.

Two little things that we learned. In Spain the rooms do not normally come with a ironing board and iron, but a quick call to the front desk got them to us quickly. It was a little annoying that one wasn't readily available in the room. The other thing is that when you removed the key card from the switch at the door that powered the electricity, it also turned off the air conditioning as well as the lights. Since we left the shades open the sunlight heated the unairconditioned room to a point that it took several hours for the A/C to cool the room down. They had given us two cards, so after that first night we learned to leave a card in the room when we were gone so the A/C would work. Like I said minor annoyances.

Very comfortable and very clean room, good hotel location. We got a room upgrade and we were very grateful for that. Bed was huge and comfortable, we slept like babies! It was also very quiet. Kudos for the receptionsts, they did a very good job and we checked-in and out super fast and easily! Will come back for sure!

The breakfast was fantastic, so much to choose from. The room was very comfortable and view overlooking the beach. Fantastic location and easy to catch the bus to the old town. Reception provided us with towels to use on the beach.

The glass door to the bathroom. When used in the night the bathroom light woke my Wife. No mention of work being carried out to the restaurant and the front of the building.
