Overall, the hotel is worth the price. The rooms are reasonably clean, and the breakfast is not bad at all. It’s a good option for those looking for value without expecting luxury.

The apartment looks a bit outdated from the outside and may require a major refurbishment. Inside, the space is decent, but it could benefit from new carpets. Additionally, for larger families, an extra mattress would be helpful to accommodate everyone comfortably

The fried chicken. Very Hard 🤭 Didn't like the horror room on 1st floor🙄 Thought was a Cafe🤭 Please revive the cafe till dinner time. Hope it can be done. Make the noodles less spicy please😊

To improve during check-in - better the management used running numbers so that the guest no need to line up so long @ we can sit any where wait our number call up .heard complaint from others about this also... the bayou beach resort Melaka practise this... This is not our first time stayed at glory - 4th times.. We liked to stay here ...

I like the turtle event which I never join before. Should do it more frequent and add as one of the tentative during stay. Should brief and promote it to every guest during check in. Not just when guest ask about it.

The beach quite dirty. I can guess that most of the garbage are coming from the irresponsible guest, but management should do something about it especially when the area is place for turtle. Its hard to stop the guest from throwing garbage, so I suggest make it a routine for the staff to clean up the beach every morning. Just for 1 hour is enough. Or maybe can brought some event like redeem garbage weight with hotel voucher or discount. And can include awareness during turtle briefing, like my children started picking up trashes on the beach after hearing about turtle die from plastic.

Just the room the location is okay but we expected what you advertise in Internet but not working in real life

Near to the beach, swimming pool and shops outside. Breakfast was good.

Old building, old facilities, too crowded at times. But luckily manageable.

Love the environment. Suitable for families with kids due to a lot of activities around the resort, such as turtle hatchery, mini zoo, big pool, clean beach, and playground. The apartment was also big enough for a family vacation.

Need to upgrade the interior finishes of the lift which does not require a high cost but will give a greater impact on to the resort.

The staff is good, I commended the coffee house staff -friendly and accommodating, their menu is rich covering local and western dishes with reasonable price. The location is very strategic and nice private beach. The apartment is spacious and clean. I have the sea view, breath taking scenery.

It's peak season, would appreciate supervised parking space, allowing double park but giving reasonable space for MPV to move about. I was told to come at 9 am for breakfast, but found out they allowed early entry, so left with small portion. Its a pity that the gym is closed. Time to review operation post covid..

The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths fit the 5 of us perfectly..with views of the Melacca Straits..breakfast was nice too..everything was in working condition
