The property was beautiful. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The grounds around the property were lovely to walk around. The pool and spa facilities were well maintained and had such an amazing view. The outdoor seating areas were so comfortable with shaded areas to chill and read. Breakfast had good choice and was in a relaxed setting. Our room was really comfortable with great facilities and a sitting room that we didn't even use as we were on the go so much.

There were no transport options. However, the staff went out of their way to get us around. A special thank you to Ricardo.

The vacation at the hotel was unbelievable. We liked everything! About the hotel: the rooms are clean, spacious, the room had everything we needed. The hotel has a large parking lot. The corridors, common rooms, were very nice and cozy. Lots of decor, dishes, beautiful furniture. Every detail in the hotel is made or picked with love. The hotel has a very beautiful and well maintained area, from where you can see a beautiful view of the fields and even see the lake. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the quietness. The hotel staff was very responsive, they helped us many times to solve our problems related to the trip in Italy. For example: they called us a cab so we could leave the nearest town, waited for us for late check-in, helped us build a path to the city of Perugia. This is a great place for a vacation!

It's been great. The only thing is that they could have made the lunch menu a little more interesting.

Few times have we ever said we’d return to the same place we stayed. Partially because we enjoy variety and experiencing other properties. This is one we will definitely revisit. Exceptional in absolutely every way. Our suite was beautiful and the food, staff and wines memories we’ll always cherish. The best location to stay for day trips to Montepulciano, Perugia, Pienza, Montalcino & the Tuscany countryside!

Great bank for your buck. The property is lovely and well taken care off. Restaurant serves delicious pasta and the staff and very hospitable and helpful. We rented an electric car and even though their tower was down for that weekend, they went above and beyond to make sure we charged. We stayed for a wedding at a nearby villa and this was a perfect location, only 2 minutes away.

It was perfect.

Marvelous villa on the border of Umbria and Tuscany! We had a two-rooms suite with a splendid view on the owner’s garden and the lake. The breakfasts were fine. Nice pool with everything you need. The management created a nice lunch for all of us to say good bye to summer on the 22nd of September with a singer performing life and very good extended meals.

Single-use cups in the kitchen and bathroom better be replaced by multiple-use cups (plastic or glass ones)

The host was lovely and helpful, recommending the restaurant and whats around us. She was great to communicate and speaks french english and italian. The location is amazing, surrounded by the toscan mountains and plains. The house is huge and beautiful, well conserved and renovated. Truly what we expected out of the toscan region. Thank you again for a great stay and souvenir.

The shower and water system could be bettered, although we understand it would be hard in such a region.

This was our second time to stay here and we cannot wait to come back again! It’s a beautiful property with amazing olive gardens and a spa area. There is free parking available inside the hotel and the breakfast is lovely too. We also took their wine taking and it was lovely to try their great wines among the olive gardens! Can’t recommend this stay enough!

The view from our third floor bedroom was stunning as it stretched all the way to the lake. We travelled with our dog, who enjoyed running around the expansive grounds. The hotel was rustic in style, charming, and spotlessly clean. Plenty of nice places to sit, both inside and out. Dinner in the restaurant overlooking the grounds was lovely, well cooked food served in an intimate setting.

I price list for wine and drinks would have been nice.

Instead of 2 nights we stayed 5 and based our Tuscan exploration from here as so wonderful! Big thanks to Suzy and Beatrice for their patience and extra help with sorting some things for us. You were wonderful! Michaela is a fantastic chef and recommend the smoked beef and sea bass and breakfasts were lovely. Lorenzo was a great sommelier who made great limoncello spritz! Amazing pool area and beautiful grounds with covered parking and beautiful views of the countryside. Will hopefully return one day from NZ

Nothing just leaving it

Perfect - we certainly found a jewel of a location here that we will save for future trips to Italy as a family. Beautiful location in the countryside, amazing staff (x10), and farm-to-table fresh food (the best we had).

Nothing- it was perfect, and that is rare for us to say.
