Clean and staff was very welcoming

1- The noise from room upstairs or beside the room (I guess there was a repair works). 2- The idea of having a small pool and in a different level from the beach was inconvenience 3- Having the beach open for public is not comfortable

The location is truly excellent. It’s close to the beach and right next to the best mall in Bahrain: Marassi Galleria. Everything you need is within reach, from great restaurants and cozy cafés to upscale shops and everyday services. The area is safe and family-friendly, making your stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

Ordering from the hotel restaurant is only available via the self-service system through the TV, which unfortunately wasn’t working in the room I stayed in. Despite reporting it, the issue wasn’t resolved during my stay, which was inconvenient and forced me to seek food elsewhere. As for breakfast, although it offered some variety, I found it quite underwhelming considering the high price of 40 BHD per person. Some items didn’t seem fresh, and the service during breakfast was slow and noticeably unorganized. I hope hotel management takes these points into serious consideration, as such details directly impact the overall quality of the stay and guest satisfaction.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vida Beach Resort Marassi Al Bahrain. The location is excellent — with direct access to the mall, which was very convenient. The beach was clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a residence, which was perfect for staying with a child — it had everything we needed: a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, and an oven. There were a few small inconveniences at the beginning, but the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved everything professionally. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. Fahad, one of the luggage carriers, made a charming first impression—not only helpful but also effortlessly handsome! The check-in process at reception was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. Room service was consistently prompt, with everything arriving right on time. At Lyra, the cocktail bar, Alma stood out as an outstanding bartender—her creativity and energy brought every drink to life. The beach and its facilities were exceptional—well-maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a day of unwinding. Dining at Capriana, the on-site Italian restaurant, was a highlight. A special thanks to Jan, whose recommendations were spot-on (and yes, his beautiful smile didn’t go unnoticed!). Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a touch of personality in every interaction.

Overall, I had a great experience with the (Vida beach resort ); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and balcony viewed to the pool and sea. Housekeeping cleans the room twice a day. Beach was clean and there are many tan beds, even water sports are available.

I had an amazing experience at Vida this time. It’s not my first stay with them, but a lot has changed since my first visit—and honestly, in the best way. The staff are super attentive, helpful, and just genuinely nice. A special shoutout to Saued, who always remembers me and greets me with the biggest smile every time I come back. George and Shahid were also amazing, along with the restaurant team—everyone really goes out of their way to make you feel taken care of. Yes, it’s a bit pricier than other places, but honestly, the service and experience make it totally worth it. Highly recommend!

Excellent Hotel facilities with access to a private beach which due to the exceptionally bad weather we only got to use on one of the four days. Breakfast was good although there was one day when we had to wait for 20 minutes to get access to a table due to the outside tables being closed due to the poor weather.

room numbers were a little confusing. We arrived late, almost midnight, and at check in we were given our key and told to head towards the elevator. The elevators are accessed via a very long corridor and there is no sign posts to direct the weary traveler. Then the keys to the room all start with a 2. No one mentioned the next number indicated the floor, so 2914 is ninth floor. We spent 20 minutes trying to kind our room on floor 2.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel for my parents from the 15th to the 18th, and I cannot express how thrilled they were with their experience. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure their stay was exceptional. Every request was met with a smile, and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. My parents were particularly impressed by the wonderful service and attention to detail provided by the staff. They made their stay not just enjoyable, but truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. Thank you to the amazing team for making their stay so special!

Very convenient location close to airport and a mall with a wide restaurant offer nearby. The staff is very accommodating and helpful and the beach is very relaxed and ideal to spend a relaxed time. It's the perfect place where you can swim whatever season is, since the pool is climatized. Appreciate the helpful complementary late check out since my flight was very late.

Everything was perfect. Just as a suggestion for the apartments, would be nice to have cutlery and washing up liquid in the kitchen, but with a phone call to room service they will provide whatever you need.

Additionally, the restaurant manager's Mr: Marben generosity was noteworthy, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, I look forward to coming back to this hotel again!

However, I do have one suggestion for improvement: it would be better if nannies and kids had a separate pool area, as the shared space with adults can be less enjoyable. Plus I couldn't have breakfast as the resturant was full and no tables available .
