Having stayed here last year for 11 nights & giving glowing review of the hotel especially Rosa's breakfasts, didnt hesitate to book again expected the same. However on arrival advised no breakfasts as not enough demand, very disappointed. Hotel itself as before, could not fault it, was perfect in every other way. Chose same lovely room as before with large terrace overlooking village & church with sea beyond with table chairs & sunloungers. Comfortable bed & brand new bathroom was a pleasant surprise! Lovely soft white towels, room spotlessly clean every day. Quiet lift & aircon very welcome particularly in August. So pleased we were here during Fiesta time a lot going on & great atmosphere in the village.

No breakfast. Booked 11 nights stay expecting 11 breakfasts. not being advised earlier. Not even a pre-booked option with limited offerings such as cold continential breakfast. Would be helpful to update website or more importantly email clientele directly for guests who choose hotels with breakfast offered.

This booking at Casa Rosa was a last minute booking for one night to be closer to Malaga Airport. We loved the hotel so much, we wish we could have stayed longer. We received a great welcome at reception and enjoyed our beautiful room with a sea view. Decor and cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Our breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is set in a beautiful and peaceful part of Benalmádena not far from great restaurants and cafes and well set back from the sea front. There is street car parking either outside the hotel or nearby. We would fully recommend this lovely hotel and would love to return for a longer stay!

Friendly, kind and professional staff, excellent location in town, easy check-in, large inviting room, very well insulated from sound and noise, extremely clean and tidy, lovely decor, top quality and comfortable bed with great linens, amazing view of the town and sea from the balcony, air conditioning worked well, strong wifi signal, good assortment of cable tv channels, nicely appointed bathroom with large walk in shower; Excellent breakfast for a reasonable rate. Easy walk to the center of town with shopping, groceries, restaurants--everything you need. Wonderful stay!

Finding parking can be challenging especially during the high tourist season, but it's not impossible; limited bath products, but they smelled fantastic.

Would highly recommend this amazing gem in the heart of this pretty village with a few minutes walk to numerous bars & restaurants & bus stops too. The hotel is wonderful, everywhere is spotlessly clean. Run by proprieter Rosa & her 2 daughters Rosa & manager Patricia, who are all so friendly & very welcoming, everyone is made to feel special & one of the family. The room was beautiful, the best, panoramic views to sea with large terrace housing table & chairs & sunbeds! The bed was a good size and extremely comfortable. Plenty hot water for showers. Small fridge but will hold your own water bottles & a bottle of fizz to drink on terrace with fantastic views! Lift to 3 floors, nice landings with chair & selection of books if using stairs.Top floor, small outside communal terrace with table/2 chairs/2 sunbeds. Breakfast is a must! Cooked by Rosa & served by daughter Rosa has the most amazing selection of everything you could think of including, the best fresh fruit, cereals, all types of milk, yoghurt, cheeses, ham, bread, cake, freshly made cooked breakfast including omelette & pancakes with any toppings you desire! Keeps you going all day. We will definitely book to come again & will look forward to it. Just hope we can get in as sure this hotel will be booked solid as so good & great value for superb facilities , friendly staff & location in the village. ..

A small and cozy hotel with a beautiful view from the balcony. Every morning we greeted the sun with a cup of coffee, and in the evenings we admired the view of the white town and the sea. A very quiet town, far from the hustle and bustle of the main city. If you're looking for entertainment, you won't find it here. Quiet nights and evenings. Everything is close by - several grocery stores, cafes, bus stop, mountain trails. Perfect location for independent excursions. Very clean room, cleaned daily, towels changed upon request. Very friendly staff. We are satisfied with everything.

The hotel is in a great location close to bars and restaurants. It was easy to check in with a reception to great you on arrival. The hotel is immaculate, we stayed at the hotel twice during our 10 day stay room 5 and room 13. Room 13 was a lovely room with a private small roof terrace. Highly recommended will visit again

I would of liked 2 bottles of water in the room and I would like a shower dispenser with shampoo / body wash instead of little sachets.I I would be more than happy to pay little extra for the water. This is only a little negative as the hotel is fabulous.

Really nice Staff, cute tiny balcony and a well-kept building. Provided with towels, hairdryer, a bit of shampoo/shower gel which was nice. They also allowed me to enter my room a few hours before the official check-in which was super nice! Hotel is within walking distance of bus stop and some good cafes/restaurants and plenty of sightseeing to be done. Good air conditioning and a minibar for keeping things cool. Also has an easy-to-use safe. Incredible views within walking distance of the sea and mountains.

The sea view was relatively lacking as you can only see a really thin strip of blue from my first floor room.. Plus it was cloudy so no view, but that's obviously not their fault. The balcony was nowhere near the size of the one on the picture. All in all, that's it for the room. Besides that the price was just much higher than you'd expect to pay for the facilities you receive, compared to other places in the same area.

What an amazing hotel. If i coould give it 20 I would. From the moment I arrived I felt like I was a friend rather than a guest. Rosa is such a lovely person and is only too happy to give you all the info you could need and wants to ensure that you enjoy your holiday. The hotel is spotless clean. Everything is white in the bedrooms. Added bonus to have a fridge and kettle in the room. Amazing view from the balcony. The location is amazing. A few meters from the pueblo centre. I cannot praise this hotel and the staff enough. They were exceptional in everyway. Thank you Rosa and staff.

Absolutely nothing.

I read the other very positive reviews prior to booking and can only agree with what has been said. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and felt very relaxed. I was made to feel welcome and was very well looked after. My bedroom and bathroom were a good size and decorated in very effective white tones in keeping with the hotel and the pueblo. Cleanliness was of the highest order. I am so pleased that I have found this place and I will be returning to stay again this year.
