nice large carpark, easy to find location, while near to the highway you dont see or hear it. coles, shops and post office in walking distrance. A remote check in service was offered with reception being unstaffed. the notes in the room said not room servicing on the weekend so i really appearicated that the room was cleaned and towels replaced each day.

the wifi wasnt usable which with the work i needed to get done was an issue. the room next door was a long term resident who had set up a smoking spot in front of her room, sadly that led to smoke smell moning into my room. she also appeared to have a pet cat - with food and water bowls at her door, a few times in the night, it sounded like the cat was at my door calling for attention.

Location was good as there is a shopping precinct opposite the hotel. decor was very dated but the room itself is clean. Shower is very hot.The bed was very comfortable. If you’re not worried about decor and want good value for money. This is a place for you to stay. Receptionist was quite accommodating. I was having trouble with the television. Someone came within minutes. Only $109 a night, mobile deal only.

Nothing really, if people care about the decor as I said it is a bit dated. It wouldn’t be a place for them to stay.

Staff were very helpful when I called to see if my partner could check in a little earlier. Rooms where really clean and the bed in our room was super comfy. Nice quite room and really well presented. Everything was really clean plenty of space for parking. Nice quite place to stay.

The location is good and convenient next to it next to a supermarket. The bed is very soft and convenient especially when you're been in hospital all day. They heated lab in the batbroom is definitely useful however definitely useful however one of the light bulbs were blown so still works. The air conditioner isn't that great but the heating function works very well.

Had to disabled son up the stairs, which took 2 adults to do. This was made a lot harder as it was raining on the uncovered stairs. Had booked one room downstairs

Location was accessible with spoil for choices for breakfasts, lunch and dinners during our stay.

getting out of the hotel leading to the main road was at times heavy with traffic flow and would be good if there is another way to exist out of the hotel

Close to all facilities, large rooms, shower was excellent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful with enquires.

No wine or water glasses in room, but were supplied when asked.

The location was great. The staff were exceptional as I had to upgrade to a larger room when my son was discharged from Monash Medical hospital. This was done without any fuss or bother and as soon as I requested it.

Great value for what you get room wise! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for the amount I'd paid! Shall definitely be staying again in future!

Quiet, clean and well presented room, great value for money!

We stayed 2 nights. They came in to make up our room, they saw we had food and put a microwave in our room. Very thoughtful of them. Nice clean room. Highly recommend!
