The check in was easy and the receptionist friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We used the pool, which was great since it was very hot. The breakfast had a good range of options, about what you would expect. The pancakes and cinnamon buns were good. Easy free parking. The hotel is close to the highway but it wasn't noisy, and close to a quite a few restaurants, which was great. I would definitely stay again.

One of the door entries to the pool didn't work and we had to ask at the front desk (I think the battery had gone flat). The spa pool didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while, but the weather was too hot anyway. Otherwise it was all a very nice stay.

Sasha, the young lady working the evening shift was so helpful! My boyfriend is a truck driver, and she helped us get his big rig and trailer parked where it wouldn't get messed with. Huge thank you for all her help!!

Staff was very helpful

Security needs. The staff mentioned a random homeless person in the area who frequents the building causing havoc for staff and in my opinion putting customers at risk

Affordable and comfortable

TV was not working, not enough pillows and I was charged different price for deposit for the same room. One night $50 and the next night $100.

Some of the amenities didn’t work but, personally didn’t need them anyways.

The front desk clerk was very accommodating as I made my reservation through a third party and it got messed up or confused when I was trying to cancel one day but no the entire reservation. I was an evacuee with 3 small children and frantic. She was calming and reassuring that she and the GM would figure something out. She would not allow me to think I was stranded though the hotel was BOOKED due to other evacuees coming. I appreciate her so much and wish I could have thanked her monetarily but I was low on cash due to evacuating at such short notice. Thank you so much for taking customer service to another level. She was compassionate and positive the entire time she searched for a solution for me and my family.

Everything was wonderful about our stay. You may want to let your guests know that pool is not open due to Covid restrictions because that was the only complaint. I searched for a water park for the kids to go to that was affordable and they enjoyed. The hotel is well kept, the complimentary breakfast was amazing and the crew that kept everything coming out in a timely manner were super sweet and accommodating.

Location: near everything but off the beaten path. Easy check-in thanks to Larry.

I saw bedbugs on the bathroom tile and on the tile to the room entrance on my last day early in the morning.

The two days we stayed there the hotel lobby was hot and humid.
