Very big pool, and such a big common area to chill in. Electrical sockets next to EVERY chair in the common area is a big plus. Super nice staff members .

Honestly, the only thing that was a little annoying is the call to prayer from the surrounding Masjids can be quite loud early in the morning. We stayed in the upstairs room. Maybe if you were staying in the bunkbed dorms it wouldn't be so bad, but it was very loud where we stayed. Luckily we both had noise cancelling headphones, but if we didn't I don't think we would be able to get back to sleep early in the morning until it stopped

The family that runs this guesthouse is very friendly and helpful. I arrived with injuries from a motorbike crash and desperately needed an icepack for a swollen and black eye and abraded forehead. They immediately acquired the ice for me and made up an icepack for me and put the remainder in a freezer where I could have access to it. The pool and garden area are very nice and comfortable. My room had a spacious balcony with comfortable furniture. The shower was enclosed and hot and the bed was comfortable. The internet connection is fast and dependable.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Absolutely loved this place so comfy and great facilities free coffee and water 😁 television also had great movies to watch .pool area and garden was fabulous and so we'll maintained.

The location wasn't great.locals only here. Not much to see . Our room was infested with ants .

Stayed in the queen balcony room which was excellent, smart TV and comfortable bed. The facilities of the guest house were great with a huge pool, tea and coffee and filtered water, and lots of seating areas. We rented a bike from them and they only charged us for a half day which was kind.

Street outside is really noisy at night, we had a bit of a bug issue in the bathroom one day but was given bug spray.

I booked the tiny house villa because i needed to relax after hiking Rinjani and i could not have picked a better spot. The pool was clean and beautiful. The room was top tier and i was so excited to be able to sit on a couch and watch netflix on the TV with a good quality sound bar. Best place to spend a couple days to relax and feel comforts of home.

this is the first place i’ve ever stayed that i really don’t think i can say anything bad about! everything was so perfect.

Lovely place, very helpful staff, Ian on reception was great. Lovely people and relaxed atmosphere. Tasty and very reasonable local restaurants and a Martabak cart just around the corner. Easy access by bike to Bangsal, Kuta and very close to Pura Lingsar.

Location is great if you have a bike (or grab which is pretty easy), otherwise it's a ways away from activities during the day.

This place is a home away from home. Things we liked were: - Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful - recommendations are given for cheap and delicious street food (including a couple of vegetarian options) - good laundry service - beautiful pool area and a dining table with TV to relax and enjoy some takeaway - close to immigration office (process is very easy in Mataram for those staying for this purpose) The guesthouse and Mataram city exceeded our expectations. It’s a beautiful house in a very welcoming neighbourhood and you get a great feel for local culture

The call for prayer at 5am is extremely loud but this is common all over Lombok. If you sleep with earplugs it’s not as bad but we were still woken up each morning by it

Spent 2 nights in the mixed dorm, it was just me and my friend in the room, so almost like a private room. Everything was very clean, the owner takes care that everything meets european standards. Also there is coffee and tea for free and an inviting pool, lot of space for your bags and a nice chill area outside. You can rent your scooter and even watch a movie on the big screen, if you want.

everyone was very chilled and nice. the owner was very nice and welcoming as well. warm shower, with soap, good airco, etc.

above the door it was not completely closed off, the insects could not come into the room but you could hear everything from outside of the room and everyone can hear everything from inside the room. (gauze) It was not a big problem for me, but if you want more freedom in that or sleep very early maybe something else would suit you a little better. (if you’re a light sleeper)

In four weeks of travel in Bali, then Lombok, Dewi Sri is the best place I’ve stayed. Chris and Dewi are very friendly and gracious hosts and were most helpful with information about the area. It is an oasis in the midst of the city with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. So many small but important things were included in the guesthouse. I used the pool daily to cool off and so some lap swimming and it was fine for that. There was a comfortable bed with good pillows and hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Hot tea and coffee were available anytime to make for yourself and a refrigerator allows storing food and snacks in the common area. I was very impressed with the thoughtful planning put into the design of the place.

Very little! As a hostel type guesthouse, there is of course some noise and audible talking at times. The rooms are small but there is so much comfortable space in different areas to hang out, the room size was a negligible issue. Things quite down around bedtime and sound sleep was no problem.
