Great little set up in a place like Mataram. Well managed and good value for money. Amazing pool area , lots of communal space to chill out. Bonus tea and coffee. Great staff.well located. Will stay again..

Apparently, acording to the guest staying in the next room, the walls in the small wooden anex where we stayed are paper thin. Guest knocked on our door at night and asked us not to talk in the room. We are quiet people just having a normal conversation on the phone. Probably just an awkward guest but if you want to be able to talk in your room without worry maybe go for one of the more solid rooms in the main building.

Very big pool, and such a big common area to chill in. Electrical sockets next to EVERY chair in the common area is a big plus. Super nice staff members .

Honestly, the only thing that was a little annoying is the call to prayer from the surrounding Masjids can be quite loud early in the morning. We stayed in the upstairs room. Maybe if you were staying in the bunkbed dorms it wouldn't be so bad, but it was very loud where we stayed. Luckily we both had noise cancelling headphones, but if we didn't I don't think we would be able to get back to sleep early in the morning until it stopped

The family that runs this guesthouse is very friendly and helpful. I arrived with injuries from a motorbike crash and desperately needed an icepack for a swollen and black eye and abraded forehead. They immediately acquired the ice for me and made up an icepack for me and put the remainder in a freezer where I could have access to it. The pool and garden area are very nice and comfortable. My room had a spacious balcony with comfortable furniture. The shower was enclosed and hot and the bed was comfortable. The internet connection is fast and dependable.

There was nothing that I did not like.

This is a lovely hideaway off the streets of Mataram. The owners are straightforward and helpful wherever they can be. There are ample common areas to sit and relax, a lovely well maintained swimming pool and the rooms have hot water showers and lovely fluffy white towels. The whole place is set in leafy gardens and tempted me sufficiently to stay in Mataram where I had t really planned to.

My room would have been better with more natural light, though this is not the case with other rooms.

Stayed in the queen balcony room which was excellent, smart TV and comfortable bed. The facilities of the guest house were great with a huge pool, tea and coffee and filtered water, and lots of seating areas. We rented a bike from them and they only charged us for a half day which was kind.

Street outside is really noisy at night, we had a bit of a bug issue in the bathroom one day but was given bug spray.

Absolutely loved this place so comfy and great facilities free coffee and water 😁 television also had great movies to watch .pool area and garden was fabulous and so we'll maintained.

The location wasn't great.locals only here. Not much to see . Our room was infested with ants .

I’ve stayed here before and it’s as I remember: clean, comfortable and in a good location (15 min walk to immigration) Private rooms are comfortable with good AC. Lots of places to sit and relax and the pool is great. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike. I think the room decoration could be different but that’s a personal preference. It doesn’t take away from the guesthouse experience.

Place has everything you need! Well kept, lovely owner, we spent a week and I would come back!

We stayed in the big room they have (Tiny House) which was so comfortable and great - only downside was the outdoor shower was a little inconvenient as it rained quite a lot during our stay, so toilet paper, towels, etc got soaked

I booked the tiny house villa because i needed to relax after hiking Rinjani and i could not have picked a better spot. The pool was clean and beautiful. The room was top tier and i was so excited to be able to sit on a couch and watch netflix on the TV with a good quality sound bar. Best place to spend a couple days to relax and feel comforts of home.

this is the first place i’ve ever stayed that i really don’t think i can say anything bad about! everything was so perfect.
