This hotel truly deserves its five-star rating. From the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding — one of the best service experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel is absolutely pet-friendly, which made our stay even more special. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were consistently helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. One situation really proved the exceptional quality of this hotel: during a major power and communication outage that affected all of Portugal for half a day, the hotel did everything in its power to ensure guest comfort and safety. They managed to keep one elevator working, maintain internet access, and provide assistance to all guests throughout the blackout. This level of preparedness and care is rare — and speaks volumes about the hotel’s standards. I also had a personal issue when I accidentally broke the lock on my suitcase. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. The breakfast is simply perfect — with a wide selection and the option to order freshly prepared dishes to your taste. And the views… just breathtaking. The ocean view from both the room and the restaurant is absolutely unforgettable. If you’re looking for a true luxury experience with world-class service, this is the place to stay. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The hotel was exceptional - clean, luxurious, spacious room, comfortable bed, and most importantly it was serene, quiet and peaceful. I appreciated the staff's professionalism and forthcomingness, they ver really helpful and always available. Concierge service was very efficient Parking for 16EUR a day. Roomservice 24/7 with a decent night menu. A perfect hotel for a person who is busy and tired after a long day working

I didn't appreciate being charged the deposit at the beginning of my stay, AND then again the full price at the end. still waiting for the deposit to be returned.

very stylish modern decor but still with a relaxed and comfortable vibe. The view is superb over the water. The food options are always, well prepared with good variety and extra spicing options are always available if that is to your taste. Staff are extremely helpful. It is a very well managed hotel and thoroughly recommended, Security is exceptional but unobtrusive We go for week end breaks even though we live under 10km away.

The hotel is really beautiful with a wonderful view of the sea. The service was fabulous. We had a small mechanical problem in our room the first night that interfered with our sleep (this can happen anywhere of course). We mentioned it to the staff and they jumped through hoops to make us happy. They upgraded and moved us to an even better room and kept checking in to make sure everything was working well and that we were happy. They also sent us a gift of a very nice bottle of port. I have to say, they could not have tried any harder, and the remainder of our stay was perfect. The hotel is an easy 15-minute walk to the busier Cascais area, and we enjoyed fresh (from their tank) seafood there (great restaurant "O Pescador"), on the recommendation of hotel staff. Also I had a wonderful spa treatment with Anna, the 90-minute facial/massage combination. A really great experience overall with special thanks to Raquel.

For a 5 star hotel you have to expect the best. Small things but nevertheless not up to the standard you expect. Had breakfast in the room, left for the day and got back back to find the trolley still in the room and sliding door fully open?! Bit of jam we dropped on the table was there for the duration of our stay. Breakfast is not 5 star standard. Generally staff is very attentive and nice but you can feel a lack of proper management. In favour - sea view from the rooms is fantastic Location is 5 stars To conclude: it was ok, would come back and stay again but made us want to look for other hotels next time

View from the room was exceptional, the staff was friendly and helpful as we needed help navigating the city. We needed a doctor for a sick child and they found a concierge doctor and helped us book him. Everyone was friendly to the kids and the food was great.

The room was spacious with a nice balcony to sit and relax, big bathroom with a bath and a shower. Breakfast was very good.

The restaurant for the hotel have a small verity of simple snacks to have with a nice beer.
