Everything is new, and although small the room was very well organized for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed their bunk bed. I wanted to make myself some tea and at the reception they proposed me a kettle and mugs that I took to my room. They don’t have enough parking space at the hotel itself but we could Park for the night on the free parking lot on the other side of the street. All in all, good value for money!

The pillows were a bit too soft for my taste, but I didn’t ask if there was another option. The location is fine if you’re planning to go around by car, otherwise it’s a bit far from city center.

We stopped in this hotel just to sleep over and to co tiniest to Switzerland. The hotel has everything you need for a short stop. The only negative part are pillows I would say, for me they were not comfy. The breakfast was pretty good for just 12€ pp. the parking you can find in the street. There is shower gel and hairdryer. There is no fridge but we didn’t need it for this short stay. The room had view on the railway, which my son enjoyed to look in the morning. (Trains don’t drive in the night so there is no noise)

The concept

There was so much dust in the room that first night we were just sneezing all the time. Design of the room is wrong - between opening the bathroom door ant the hanging rack we lways got stuck, the two chairs were there to check the list not to be used In the bunkbed we were missing the electrical sockets. The breakfast table was so short that the guests had to jum over aeacu other in order to get anything, thos three meters were unnessessarily overcrowded.

Cozy and in good walking/taxi distance to the train station. Across the street from a grocery store. Comfy bed.

Housekeeping came in without knocking and we were startled. There was a bit of a language barrier, but once we Google translated, we realized what they were there for and we got our cleaning. Shower was a bit small.

Its all ok, new comfortable hotel, relatively close to highway.

I could not use self check in, i was providing my booking code and name, but booking was not found, so i had to wait for receptionist. On my question about safeties on parking place, she replied, that this is safe and "not like in Poland"... Honestly, i feel few times more safe and secure in Poland than in Germany nowadays....

Cleaniness, hotel staff and breakfast was great. It is comfortable and location is hardly 10 mins by walk from Bahnhoff. Rooms were clean, towels were changed daily and the variety in breakfast was good. Easy check out.

Usually the breakfast is included in B&B. I thought it is.

I liked the ease of checking in and out. The hotel felt new. My room was cleaned everyday. The internet was fast!

A kettle would be nice to have in the rooms. Or just a hot water dispenser in the lobby. A few more options for breakfast, like bacon and scrambled egg

I liked the parking in the facility, the comfort of the room and beds, the design of the hotel and rooms and the personnel kindness!

Just then position of it. it is great were it is located but i guess pretty much into the industrial area. I wish it was located a bit more closer to the city center. But overall pretty close to the downtown! It was great😊

Lady at the counter is very kind, not far away from Offenburg HBF. Using password as key card is pretty convenient, and also feel more safe. It's a nice choice if you want to go to EuropaPark.

The WiFi is usable but kinda unstable. Near train station but still a little far from the station entrance. And the room is a little small, but still comfortable.

In terms of the hotel's location, we deliberately chose it close to the train, a 10-minute walk. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. There is a large supermarket opposite the hotel.

In terms of the hotel's location, it is not in the heart of the city, more in an industrial area.
