The balcony and the view from the balcony and also from the restaurant was really nice. The breakfast and dinner were just superb, a large choice of delicious food in the morning and in the evening as well. Our waitress - Anna - in the restaurant was very nice, we'll always remember her smile and immediate help. Her boss was also very kind, greeting us politely every time we met. All the receptionists were very kind and helpful. The cleaning ladies did very well, too. :)

Unfortunately the room was on the first floor and in the evenings a lot of people gathered together outside the hotel talking, shouting very loudly. It went on until late at night. I understand that it's a holiday resort but I think there should be a solution where people can come together in a place where they do not disturb the others who would like to rest and sleep after long days of walking/hiking.

Simply amazing! We received a welcome drinks once we checked in and at the reception you are welcome with freshly baked cookies. Breakfast was exceptional, continental breakfast with plenty of choice (sweet and salty dishes). We also had dinner and we had a chance to enjoy antipasti - primo - secondo and caffè all served with wine white or red. Each evening there was a different choice from a la carte. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and waitresses. We’ve been all allowed a late check out - thank you for that! Hotel is also offering a free bus which brings you to the nearest ski lifts (Fertazza).

Water in the swimming pool is bit too cold and you need to wear a cap.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet and dinner options were great. We loved the dinner good price for lovely food options.

Although it was slightly colder outside during summer the rooms had no ventilation. We found it hot and stuffy at night and the window can’t stay open because the curtain is there and mosquitoes. The elevator is very small and the caps you have to purchase to use the pool are too small for adults heads or ladies that have long hair.

I loved how big the rooms were! The facilities were plentiful with a gym, bool, sauna and multiple eating areas. The buffet breakfast was ideal. BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT was how brilliant the staff were. There were kitchen staff, reception clerks, hosts and waiters that were the most beautiful and HARDEST working people I have ever met! They work 12 hours very day and seem to always be smiling. I cannot commend them enough!

Even though it was 'summer' the towel racks and heaters were turned off, as the Dolomites had unseasonal cold snap with torrential rains. This could have been turned back on.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Dolomites mountains, it had everything I needed for my stay,the rooms were a good size and a really good breakfast choice. There’s also an underground garage for motorcycle parking and the staff were friendly.

The staff was really wonderful and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the location and cute town! The gelato across the street was so good!

Smokers on the property made it hard to keep the windows/balcony open but I felt like that was our experience our whole 2 week stay in Italy.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was super polite and friendly. The rooms were big and clean. I will return for sure to this hotel on my next trip to the Dolomiti.

Everything. We highly recommand the restaurant (breakfast and dinner also). In addition to an abundant and high-quality appetizer, both main courses was fantastically delicious. The servers were very kind and attentive. In rainy days we can play at the play room with pingpong and biliard, others could swim in the pool. We would love to come back here again! :)

Had to fill out a form with my details although they already had them from booking, not sure why. WIFI was really bad. In my room and the lobby I barely got 5mbit at most. Eggs and bacon was cold at breakfast. Would be better to make smaller batches but more frequent and not one giant container of scrambled eggs.

It's a much better hotel than it's grade of 8.2 in Booking. The stuff was amazingly welcome, breakfast and dinner were very good including free water and wine, the room was big and comfortable. for Selva di Cadore and the area it's a top choice and value for money
