Location was excellent. Room cleanliness too. Check-in and check-out was fast. Hotel has parking facilities on first come first served.

Shower cubicle was quite small. Dinner offered was only buffet type.

Rooms were well appointed and the views were incredible from the small balcony. Enjoyed the ability to close off the bedroom from the rest of the suite when desired. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The food was the worst food we ate during our entire 3 week vacation. The dinner was served tepid and had zero flavor. The breakfast was minimally better, but I would highly recommend eating elsewhere while staying at this property.

The suite was clean and well presented. Separate bedroom to living area. In room fridge is great to chill you drinks before a hike. Breakfast selection was good. Parking was included in the overnight price. A well stocked grocery store is located under the hotel for some handy supplies. Some restaurants around the lake offer a good choice for dinner.

The view from our room was obstructed by the sign out the front of the hotel. The boards on the deck need some attention and could be a trip hazard. The shower is quite small if you are a larger person.

The customer service was top, special shoutout to the Chef Claudio and our waiter Mattia who made our experience what it was. We were in a group of 8 and ate at the restaurant every morning and evening, and would return again for the experience with Claudio and Mattia! I would highly recommend their managers take very good care of these staff members, as they were exceptional throughout our entire stay!

Unfortunately the spa was broken during our stay, and this was actually half the reason we booked this hotel!

We stayed in a spacious room designed for four people, featuring two standard beds and one sofa bed. The room had two large windows overlooking Lake Misurina, offering absolutely spectacular views—waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. The breakfast buffet was truly world-class, with a wide selection and high-quality offerings that exceeded our expectations. The only minor drawback was the sofa bed, which was a bit too soft for comfortable sleep. Otherwise, the room and amenities were excellent, and the location couldn’t be more picturesque.

However, the sofa bed was too soft to sleep comfortably, and the front desk operations felt outdated—they still relied on paper copies for check-in and other procedures, which slowed things down a bit. A system upgrade would definitely enhance the guest experience.

Nice hotel even if it could do with a refresh. Excellent breakfast, amazing views from the dinning rooms, very enjoyable heated indoor swimming pool, and worth mentioning that every single staff person we talked to was friendly and helpful.

The underground car park had 80% of the parking spots cordoned off for an unknown reason, making it tricky for the few people who picked this option over the fully booked overground car park to park. The bathroom was also weirdly small compared to the massive size of the room we were in.

We had a very nice, spacious room with very beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Location was very central to our planned itinerary ie Tres Cime, Lake Braies, Cortina and Cinque Torri/Nuvolau. The breakfast was excellent with large varieties of food. We also had dinner at the restaurant which we felt was better than the TripAdvisor ratings.

The parking was limited but they allowed us to park in the underground car park when the open car park was full.

Location was very nice.

The room was so plain. For the price I think they could put more effort into decorating. It was so bare and boring. Also when leaving I was unaware I needed to pay a tourist tax. The front desk called me a few hours after I had already left telling me I need to come back to pay the small bill. I told her I’m not driving back hours to do so and they can send me the bill some other way. At first she was acting like this was not possible but eventually she agreed to email me an invoice. I do not appreciate her initially pretending that I HAVE to drive back to pay the tax when all she had to do was email me a link to pay.

Ideally situated on the lake Misurina.

The rate was quite expensive.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet food selection was excellent paired with a great view looking out over the lake in the dining area.

Wished breakfast hours had started earlier (to cater to early morning reservations up Tre Cime). Parking a little difficult - free ones on the property are limited and first come first served - otherwise 10 euros a night to use their garage facility. Possible option of free overnight parking infront of the shops outside the hotel but that is only after 8pm.
