The people at this hotel are the nicest people in Cortina. The girls at the reception desk and that serve breakfast and dinner are delightful. Matilda especially looked after us! So friendly and caring. Really helpful in letting you know the daily weather, great hikes or places to see. They remember what you like to drink with breakfast, and are always smiling and cheerful. Lorenzo, the manager, is wonderful at recommending hikes, via ferattas and providing interesting historical facts. Really enjoyed our 2 week stay and will certainly return. The darling woman that cleaned our room was so sweet and took good care of us, too. Felt like family. Our room was the last one available when we booked. It was a little on the small side, but bright, comfy, clean and had ample storage for all of our clothing, climbing gear, coats, etc. The rooms with the balconies looked a little bigger and we might spend more for one of those next time. There is a walking path behind the hotel that we used every morning. Loved the flowers on the balconies and the comfy chairs in the lobby. We hung out a lot in the lobby to use the WIFI and there is plenty of room for people there to relax, play games, etc. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We had dinner one night and it was one of the best dishes we ate in Italy -- the homemade beetroot-filled ravioli. The parking is free which was an added bonus. Our friend stayed at the Hotel Alaska, which was $40 a night to park, and the rooms were dark and smelled like stale smoke. So glad we stayed here instead. It's a short, easy 6ish minute walk to the middle of the square in Cortina where you can get groceries, meals, shopping, etc. Hope this helps you decide. The Dolomites are incredible, and this was a great location for our stay in Cortina. Thanks to all of the staff that made our stay special!

Booking.com advertised Bellaria had laundry services for an additional charge, but they do not provide any laundry services. We would have packed differently if we knew that. Bought some dish soap and washed our clothes in the sink and hung them to dry in the shower, which worked out ok. Wish there was WIFI in the room.

The hotel is in a good location for airport and ski buses as well as being within a 10 minute walk for 2 of the 3 main ski lifts. There's a path at the back of the hotel which is useful for walking into town or to get to the Faloria lift. All the staff, especially Matilda, could not have been more helpful. The continental breakfast and 3 course evening meal option were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, together with useful lounge areas and ski storage. I would happily return to this hotel again.

Close to downtown, just 10 mins walk Ski Bus stops in front of property Free Parking Good Breakfast Servers at the breakfast buffet always smiling and very welcoming Clean rooms, daily house keeping! Easy check in Front desk very knowledgeable about ski resort., even gave us recommendations to do for our 3 days skiing Very good value for the money Will definitely stay here the next time! Fyi: 2nd year skiing in the Dolomites. Stayed here last year too!

No wifi No laundry/ self laundry services

The staffs are extremely good. The girls and the young boy are all very helpful. Martilda, the young girl is very helpful. She provided very good advice to me every morning. She checked the weather, check the view from camera, then tell me where I should go for the day. She is really a wonderful girl.

no internet in the room. It is very inconvienent for me. We have to go to lobby for internet. The bathroom is too small.

I would recommend anyone to stay here. Such value for money. Great location, ski rental nearby (100 yards), ski bus outside the property. Breakfast was lovely, bedrooms bright , beds very comfortable , rooms spotless. We did not dine here in the evening as our stay was short and we wanted to experience the town. There is a lovely hotel bar here also where we used to have a night cap each evening and good conversation with our host Lorenzo.

Lovely experience in so many ways. The staff made our stay a very special trip and birthday celebration. Lorenzo, Matilda and Paola are super kind and made our 6 days at Cortina unforgettable. The breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable after a long day of skiing and the location is the best to walk from to the town (5mins away). Highly recommend, I will definitely come back again!

Very good location, max 5 min walk to the center, breakfast was good but Lorenzo made the stay perfect! Always there with suggestions and advice on what to do in the area and prepared to accommodate your needs as best he can! Perfect host. Other advantages of the hotel are the free parking spaces, heated ski room and the possibility of a different dinner every day for a reasonable price.

Food was fantastic. They had Italian braekfast every morning and you could pick your dinner for the night. There was 8 of us one night and everyoone loved there meals . staff was exceptional .

We had 3 rooms, one of the Bathrooms was not up to par very dated but functioned well. No curtains in the same room, if you wanted to sleep in it wasnt happening .

Great location, appx 5 min walk to town center where all the shops and supermarkets are. Friendly and helpful staff who gave me lots of advises on where to hike and what to do. Dinner was wonderful - there were 3 or 4 options to choose from for each course and they changed the menu every day so nothing was repeated.

Wifi was a pain

A very cozy hotel almost in the very center of the city. Great and friendly staff (the hotel owner personally came out to greet my car and immediately called my name - something I can't remember in other places). Own parking, a wonderful place in the yard to relax, and what delicious breakfasts and dinners they serve here!!! We will definitely come again!

We only had three days on the calendar to vacation here! I would love to live in this city for many years!
