As a solo traveler, this property hit the spot. The friendliness of the staff and management was exceptional. I was taken care of and the property is in a pretty great location at Lago di Misurnia. The Manager helped me out with bus schedules, and let me know about hidden gems in the area to get away from the crowds. The room itself was clean and spacious, it was a treat! I had a wonderful view from the side of the hotel with the mountains and a bit of Lago Di Misurnia. You are in a prime location to Tre Cime, with bus stops around you, so don't take your car, leave it parked at the hotel. There are several hikes to do around the area as well! The food at the hotel was wonderful, with large portions. Great Aperol Spritz and Wine! Breakfast was hearty and they had great coffee! Again, the staff and management were the best part about this stay, with how attentive and nice they were! Will be back again!

The location is amazing, right beside Lake Misurina. From our room, you can see Tre Cime and its shadow reflecting in the lake. The Tre Cime (Rifugio Auronzo) parking is only a 20-minute drive, and the Lake Sorapis trailhead is also nearby. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast options are very good.

The bathroom is small, especially the shower. During dinner, one male staff member acted very cold. We ate there on the first night of our stay; one of the dishes was vegetarian, but it had been microwaved and was cold on one side. When we reported this, he just shrugged, offered no apology, and displayed a “don’t care” attitude, bringing the same dish back, microwaved again. After that, we didn’t try dinner in the hotel restaurant, even though the other dishes were delicious. However, the reception staff were super friendly, and when I mentioned the incident at checkout, they didn’t charge us for the dish, which we really appreciated.

Stayed here to do some hiking and see the sights on the east side of the Dolomites. The room was simple, spacious and tidy with a comfortable bed. I was well rested after my adventures. Staff were nice as well. The location is great. It's quite close to Tre Cime and Lake Sorapiss trailheads and a manageable distance to Lake Braies. Just a side note, remember to book parking in advance / look up parking options during peak summer times. In addition, the hotel is situation on the waterfront of Lake Misurina where you can catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets before the crowds arrive. It was super beautiful. They offer half board options to cover breakfast and dinner. Food was great and changes daily. They feed you well, I was always stuffed.

Nothing everything was good. With the showers, wait a few moments for the hot water to fully run as this can be very toasty. It was good for aching muscles.

The location is perfect. You are close to so many beautiful places. The staff is always kind and helpful. Parking is accessible and it's easy to find a spot around the hotel. The Wifi is good (100 mbps), with a stable connection. Breakfast is good, with enough choices.

I did not check preperly in advance, but the rooms are quite small, even for a single person. The bed could be improved. It was not comfortable.

Both the reception staff and restaurant staff were very welcoming and attentive. Good breakfast spread. Beds were comfy. Best part of the hotel was the fantastic view across Misurina, and the good location from which we could explore the surrounding areas (Lago Antorno, Lago di Landro, Lago di Dobbiaco).

Walls were pretty thin, and we happened to stay on a night where there was a noisy family with kids - the noise they created annoyed someone else's dog which kept on barking too! But we slept all right with ear plugs. Restaurant food for dinner was so-so, but made better by the attentive and polite waiters.

Location is perfect. Right in front of the lake. The staff were all very friendly, relaxed and the vibe of the place. It has a feel of a family run business. Arrived early and was prepared to wait but the manager checked if the room was ready and it was so he led me to it. Such a kind and hospitable gentleman.

During my stay, the wifi was patchy. Got fixed late in the evening though. Food during dinner could be better (it was not warm). No blinds on the window so a bit challenging for a light sleeper.

A hotel of a very good standard, beautifully located and perfect for exploring the Dolomites. It offers everything you need: breakfast, WiFi, hot water, and comfortable beds. But the greatest advantage of this hotel is the breathtaking view and the truly exceptional staff — helpful in every situation. I would especially like to thank the manager/owner, who was extremely kind and willing to fulfil all our wishes. I highly recommend this place!

I had a fantastic stay at Sorapiss Hotel in Misurina! The location is absolutely perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to all the beautiful surroundings. The staff were exceptional, especially the reception. The conversation and advice I received were not only incredibly useful but also delivered with such warmth and friendliness that I felt truly welcomed. The dinner was delicious, and breakfast was equally satisfying. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My stay at Sorapiss Hotel was wonderful overall, but I did notice a few spiders and webs in the corridors. While it didn’t particularly bother me, as someone with arachnophobia, it made walking through the hallways a bit challenging. A little more attention to cleanliness in these areas would make the experience even better. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel and would still choose to stay here again.

Great place to stay for daily excursions to Tre Cime, Braies Lake and Sorapiss lake hike. Wonderful mountain and lake view from the room and balcony. The staff at this hotel work very hard to satisfy their customers.

The room and bathroom was smaller than what the pictures may suggest at the time of booking, but it was still a good size. The outdoor furniture on the balcony could be replaced.

The hotel location is next to the lake and close to Tre Cime. The scenery is nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is prepared in a buffet style. There was enough and it tasted good. I wish there were more vegetables ready. Dinner is ordered a la carte and is delicious. Dinner starts at 7 o'clock. The staff were friendly and cheerful. They make me feel better...

I made a reservation for 4 days and 3 nights, but the weather was bad on the 3rd day, so I came back one day early. I regret returning a day early due to the weather. Next time, I would like to visit again in the fall.
