Location was superb, great views from the room, and handy for the Tre Cime, Lago di Misurino, and Lago di Baies, which is just breathtakingly picturesque. There was a good choice with the buffet breakfast, and the evening meals were tasty. Parking was not a problem.

There is no WiFi at the hotel, and no aircon in the rooms, which would have been very helpful, as we had temperatures of around 30°C. Be prepared for lengthy drive times over the passes to get there, but the views are worth the effort!

The location of the hotel is stunning and the staff were excellent. We arrived late in the evening and were still able to have a meal in the restaurant, which was buffet style and perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was also good. There were a few issues with our room but the staff very quickly sorted them out.

The room was large and a good enough space fir a family of four, however it was on the top floor so the design meant there weren’t really any windows to look out of which made it feel a bit enclosed. we were only there for a short stay so it didn’t matter but if we were staying longer we’d prefer a different room.

Localisation good to visit Lago di Braies, clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff at the reception.

Breakfast buffet was ok, but no fresh vegetables, at least some tomatoes and cucumbers would make the difference. Ready made tea and coffee did taste not great. I am a coffee drinker, and as we were in Italy or anywhere in europe, I would atleast expect a coffee machine not a big thermal container with a keg to poor out just plain American watered down coffee. ! This was a huge disappointment as this is something id just expect at any hotel or stay ! One of the staff members was particularly arrogant and rude. Some people were making their food and left a bagel sandwich to eat for later, and got looks and told not to take food for takeaway, told to eat it now, when they were clearly full. This ended up wasting food and a lack of flexibility and hospitality.

Friendly staff, check-in was smooth and both the bar and restaurant staff were helpful and lovely. In particular on our first night we weren’t aware the kitchen shut at 8:30pm - we had spent so long enjoying the sunset outside with our drinks that we only went in for dinner at 8:45pm but they generously still served us without a fuss. The location is great, not too hard to get to with a car and located close to all the sights we wanted to see. There was a nice short walk we did straight from the hotel to a beautiful lookout, and the hotel itself is surrounded by beautiful mountain views all round. The outdoor area is lovely with seats and tables to enjoy a good book with a drink from the bar. We loved being able to enjoy a sit outside before dinner, watching the sun set over the mountains. Food was great, with a good breakfast included. Facilities are clean, modern and were perfect for our short stay. Our building had an elevator which was great too. Can’t believe this only has a 7.5 star rating! Do yourself a favour and stay here if you can!

Only drawback is that the wifi could be better - you have to sign up to a public/data-sharing network which doesn’t have great reception, but we had no issues with our 4G reception so not a big deal for us.

Location, people! When you travel to Dolomites, the most important thing is location. 1. The hotel is only 20minutes drive to Tre Cime parking toll station! We arrived around 6am and there were still 130 spaces left. How nice! No worry about parking space or waiting line. 2. Avoid heavy traffic in and out of Cortina. Big plus! 3. Quick drive to Lake Misurina, Lake Landro, Lake Braies. You can enjoy the lakes in the morning, noon, or afternoon. The hotel offers wonderful beds, which we had the most comfortable sleep. The breakfast coffee was perfect. The staffs are friendly and nice. They prepared a lunch box for us when we had to skip breakfast one day.

Weak WI-FI.

A lovely relaxing, very clean and comfortable place with lovely, helpful staff.

Note, I missed their written suggestion that it's not ideal for people without a car. It was just a ten minute walk from the bus stop but along the edge of the road. Okay if you have a backpack. Unfortunately I also needed to get laundry done so I had to backtrack to ten minutes south of Cortina D'Ampezzo for a laundromat and the buses are not regular enough. Something to think about for your planning!

The location is actually perfect. Close to all places we want to go! Breakfast buffet was quite good and very convenient. Staff was very helpful. View from the window is great!

No shops etc nearby, gravel road to the hotel - feels like driving to a camping ground. Guest wifi was not working at the time of our arrival, luckily our room was close to the office so we can use the office private wifi but might be quite inconvenient for ppl who lived in other rooms...

Breakfast was great. It starts at 7.30. The room was great. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. They prepare your breakfast as lunch box if you wanna start your hike early. Check in was easy. Parking was decent.

Internet connection was bad. It didnt work most of the time. Receptionist gave me their private wifi password but i could only use it around reception which was inconvenient. Internet was really important as a solo traveler. They should really work on that.

Good location, close to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and plenty of other hiking tracks. Super kind and caring staff from the reception to the restaurant. Room large and clean with perfectly working heating (not as I read from other reviewers). breakfast excellent with choice of coffee/cappuccino/etc..

Restaurant was ok, a bit bland; this said we visited several restaurants during this stay and none was outstanding (same precooked pasta for tourists); Internet doesn't always work and to be accessed via a cumbersome setup

The location is perfect if you want to hike around the area. There is a cow field right next to the hotel that bring much joy and just gives the right mountain feeling (also, they don't stink). The hotel itself is standard, nothing special but very clean and comfy, our bathroom was spacious. We booked breakfast and dinner during our stay, the food portion is huge, great after a long hike day and they change the menu every night. Taste is standard, staff is very nice and accommodating. Water is included but alcoholic drinks are extra. They have a good selection of wine for a very affordable price. Breakfast is standard, good amount of choices and lots of fruits.

The wifi is limited and not stable. They really need to improve on this. They can also improve by providing a kettle in the room.
