Beautiful resort, Carla is the Best of all, the staff were very helpful and made my stay smooth. She is very nice. She responded quickly to my messages and when I needed anything, she always made it happen.

Traveling to the city is quite far.

5 star ?! hmm don’t think so, definitely a well serviced hotel, but… not a 5 star, restaurant in the hotel… 6.5/10, quite outside the city… could use the shuttle of the hotel or taxi… but it’s a little far out. wished they had placed a LADDER to also swim in the sea…

My wife and I's second time going here. This time we brought my mom as well. It's a truly unique vibe/property for the area, but you're close to everything if you want to go out. From the moment you wake up the staff are waiting on you hand and foot, making sure everything is to your liking. Anything you need they go out of their way to take care of it for you. Usually they have a DJ playing tranquil house music all day, but they just opened for the season so they are not there yet. The place is a total vibe, and we will definitely go out of our way to come back next time we visit Italy.

There is nothing to not like

Modern and clean, minimalist style hotel with lots of comfortable beds to lounge on, by the pool, in the garden and this was including couples loungers by the pool. After the concierge escorted us to a sun lounger /bed of our choice, a bottle of water in an ice bucket was served to us by the pool. As it was my birthday a surprise visit from several staff came to sing happy birthday with cake and sparkles as I lay by the pool and made it very special. Robes and slippers plus a free mini bar in the room were very welcome. The free shuttle to Sorrento each day was very helpful and allowed us to explore Sorrento. The staff were amazing and it was the excellent service by lovely young members of staff in a relaxed atmosphere , away from the madness of busy Sorrento that made the resort a lovely place to be for me.

a hook to hang robes in the bedroom would be useful and the sliding doors to toilet were noisy as well as the automatic light which came on when one used the toilet - this disturbed my husbands sleep a little.

Stunning hotel, located in a tranquil cove, surrounded by massive cliffs, around 10-15 minutes drive from Sorrento. The venue is a tropical oasis. With amazing views of Capri and Ischia. The staff are wonderful! Especially the 3 helpful ladies on the desk (apologies, but we kept forgetting to ask their names!). The room was also cleaned every day for 4 days. Nothing at all was ever a problem. Extremely comfortable bed. There is a free shuttle to Sorrento 4 times a day, you just pay for the journey home, and you can WhatsApp the driver to arrange. There is a massive breakfast selection, and 4 types of eggs available from chef. The resort is more of a music and pool resort than a luxury spa. It is extremely relaxing, but don’t expect a yoga retreat :) Really enjoyed the tunes all day from Paco De Rosa 👌 Also, the saltwater pool and the service at the pool was top class!

We really enjoyed the lunch selection but dinner was a bit more fine dining. There were lots of lunch options that would have been great to have as a dinner option.

I like that the resort is in a very secluded location, so it's very private. Restaurant and pool staff was very customers oriented they went above and beyond to make us happy. I also like the extra care the day of my birthday. Food is amazing! It s worth to have lunch or dinner there. The interior design of the room and the overall decor of the resort is very relaxing and natural.

It all worked great. I would just recommend the reception staff to be more welcoming. Before asking for reservation or payment it would have been nice to get a "how was your trip/how was your stay, etc". That said I cannot really complain they were quick and effective.

The 2 bedroom family room; restaurant food; beach club facilities and the divine sunsets.

Beach club was a bit of a ‘scene’ with mostly day trippers; umbrellas didn’t give much shade.

Breakfast was good could use more selection of fruits and other breakfast choices! The location was amazing but really hard to go down and up on that street and very scary our car didn’t fit the turns and we always had to back up!

The breakfast could use more selection! There was no gym we had to find a gym to go too! For a 5 star resort should have a gym and a boutique where we can buy snacks and suntan lotion and other stuff that guest might need

A very beautiful setting and the facilities and staff were terrific. The pool environment and food was very good quality, and access to the sea very good even if there wasn’t a beach.

A bit difficult to access via car due to the steep slope roadway leading to the property but this also made it remote and special. The Saturday night pool party went until 4am… they could have tone the music down after 1 or 2am at the latest

I liked everything about this property. The location is far enough away to have its own private oasis, however close enough to Sorrento with the hotels shuttle. The ambience, design, and overall atmosphere, make this a destination location, and I will certainly be back to visit. The hotel staff is amazing and go out of your way to make you feel at home. Front desk crew were so helpful. Delores, Melania, Ezekiel and Maria all helped make our stay memorable. Pool area staff too! Both Francesco’s and Maria. there are lots of other people I don’t remember their names, but they were also very helpful and friendly. 

there isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.
