Absolute blast! Super friendly and extremely helpful staff, everybody in general was absolutely amazing. Nothing was a problem for them, I really liked it and appreciate it as well. I have no idea, why there are some negative reviews, we had no problem whatsoever. Room was much bigger than we expected, beds were comfy and there was AC as well. Overall location was just amazing, since you got a lift up to the hill, if you want to leave for some trips. Service 10/10

Only lacking part was kind of sad breakfast. We had the same stuff every day, which was a bit annoying after 5 days or so. We would probably enjoy some eggs, more kinds of cheese and veggies or cut fruit (not a whole piece of pear without a chance to cut it). That was only bad part of our stay.

Lovely location right on the beach, nice outdoor restaurant with a view of Vesuvius and the sunset, nice helpful staff, little beach bar, and sunbeds on its own beach and jetty. Bar open all day and a set price lunch until 5pm. It's down a very steep track, but the hotel runs a constant shuttle service up to either the car park or the bus stop. Regular buses to Sorrento, which is about 10 minutes away. This service was included in the price. There are several other restaurants and bars along the beach front to choose from. We booked a trip to Capri and were picked up by speedboat from the jetty to take us to the ferry, which was fun. (You need to be fairly nimble to manage this). The hotel owner is on site most of the time, seeing things run smoothly. Breakfast was simple but good, and the coffee was great. I didn't book a room with a balcony but I might if I went again!

I liked it all! The only thing we did wrong was hire a car at Naples airport. Another time, I'd get the Alibus to Naples station, then get the train to Sorrento as the traffic is heavy and the roads are tricky. The trains go regularly. The first time, get a taxi to the Baia Puolo turn off, then the little shuttle to the hotel, and use the bus once orientated. Hope this is useful.

AMAZING service, location, decor, people, restaurant, viewsss. It was just amazing! This hotel superseded our expectations in almost every aspect. My friend and I stayed for only 3 nights but truly we could've stayed more. I saw other reviews complain about the 'go kart' shuttle but trust me it was always a fun experience and both my friend and I are plus sized. We never felt unsafe or felt as though our luggage wasn't secure, 10/10. We used the shuttle service quite often to get into the city to do laundry and some shopping and never had any issues. If there are many people waiting to use the shuttle of course you may have a little wait but nothing that was unbearable. The receptionist, Sara I believe is her name, was very kind and warm and very patient with answering all of our questions. The restaurant, La Tavernatta, is amazing the service and the food is amazing but I would definitely recommend you use the menu options given to the hotel and you get a first course, second course and a dessert for 25 euro. We missed our window to 'preorder' our dinner through the hotel one of the nights and we realized just how much you save when you book through the hotel, even with a 10% discount as a guest. We also did a boat trip to Positano and Amalfi and it was very very good. For 65 euro each we got a full tour and more than enough time in each location to explore. My friend was very sensitive to the boat rocking and she was really sea sick so I would say to take that into consideration before hand as the trip to go was roughly 2 hours (they stopped a lot for the tour) and the trip to come back was an hour. There were also other packages available to capri and so forth, the most expensive we saw was capri and the blue grotto tours for 120+ euro per person and it varies depending on the season. The beach right outside the hotel was gorgeous and you had the option to get a complimentary sunbed and umbrella as a guest of the hotel.

Honestly the cell service in our room was really bad, we would often times have no service and therefore no internet or data if in our room. This is the onlyyy reason I would take away a star from our rating but as for everything else, perfection.

Location was perfect. 10 mins on the bus to and from Sorrento city centre . For €2 or less. It was nice to have a mix of both , busy bustling sorrento town, then bus back to a lovely little quiet cove. 4 Restaurants were open when we were there , Enough choice and all sea views, all 10 to 30 feet from the hotel. The water was perfection for 🏊‍♀️ The shuttle which was a golf cart or Fiat panda depending on the time of day . I have to say it was brilliant and sometimes scary.I loved it 😁. The hotel is based on the shoreline at the bottom of a winding seafront cliff. The road is very narrow , only one vehicle can pass at one time. The shuttle runs from 8am to 12am It does pick up/drop off from the carpark which is a little over half up the road and the bus stop is on the main road . It is a great service ,but be prepared for zipping up the hill. you pass beautiful scenery, olive groves , lemon orchards and walking at night down the hill , it was pickled with fireflies , beautiful 😍 . It was the perfect choice for our long weekend getaway and catch up

Out of anyone's control , because you're near the water the mosquitoes 🦟 were intense the first night we went out to eat. Bring your deet spray, the little shop on the corner had bugspray . All 3 of us had some to many bites. The Hotel hosted a wedding the second day/ night we were there . It was lovely seeing the set up and see the guests arriving . The reception was held at the front . The only drawback was the music and large speakers were right outside our room . Super loud . No where to escape it locally if you werent enjoying it.. We spent that evening in Sorrento town to avoid. Maybe the hotel could have informed there was a wedding being held . Just so you could plan accordingly.

Perfect for couples or groups of friends who want to visit Sorrento and move around the amalfi coast. We liked that the hotel is located right in the beach and the facilities are nice. The rooms have a great view.

It is not that easy to get there. It is not easy to get to the stop to take the bus and the directions to get to the hotel are not that clear. In addition, the staff in charge of the whatsapp number are not that responsive. If you are planning to get there after 7pm, you should plan you trip in advance. We tried to contact the hotel pick up twice during the nights and they never answered.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here! As much as it is a bit of a mission to get down there if you’re not worried about exploring Sorrento or other areas it’s a good place to relax and get boat tours from! Love the views the sunset from the balcony! And the food options down stairs. They make the best cocktails and you can have them in your beach chairs loungers which were included in our stay.

The mission to get up and down the hill was hard as no taxi can drop us down the boat because of the tiny slim road.

The views and private beach were why we chose this hotel. There are several restaurants in the immediate area. Initially I was concerned how the parking and car shuttles worked, but it was easy. The hotel staff even made special shuttle arrangements for us when we had to meet our tour guide very early in the morning. They even called the tour company and got them to change the pickup location.

I had anticipated long walks along the shoreline, but part of the area wasn’t yet open for the summer season. There are no stores.

The staff Imma, Enzo, Luca, Antonio, Michaela and all the others were very nice all the time and were very helpful with a problem we had with the car, also calling several times for us. The hotel is located just in front of the sea, a few steps walking, although the room was small but very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. They had a shuttle all the time to the parking lot, the bus stop and back. From the bus stop you can walk to Sorrento about 20 min. A simple but enough breakfast is served in the restaurant in ground floor of the hotel. They have also a very good menu for dinner. Magnificent place to spend a few days!! We'd love to come back!!!

When we first arrived, we didn't know what to expect as it was a much quieter area of the coast compared to other parts along the Amlafi, however it quickly became our favourite after spending more time relaxing on the beach and getting to know the locals/ people - a few of which we became close friends with and still keep in touch with now! When to breakfast/lunch or dinner, it was always exceptional service from all the staff. We are incredibly satisfied with how welcome everyone made us feel and especially grateful for the golf buggy service we had picking and dropping us off to the top of the hill which was complimentary with our booking.

We only wish there was more restaurants or even small little shops down on this part of the coast so we had more/cheaper options for lunch and dinner. This would especially be ideal if we were to stay for a week or longer (which really wish we did!)

The shuttle (golf cart) ride from the parking lot to the hotel was fun and adventurous. We love Antonio! He is the shuttle driver, and he is so friendly and fun. The hotel is on the beach, so that is wonderful.

The beach is very rocky, so it is difficult to get down to the water. It hurts the bottom of your feet. The swimming area is very nice, though, so if you can bear the rocks on your feet, then you can manage to get to the water and enjoy it!
