Hotel was up a hill from the centre but not a problem for us. A bus available for less abler people. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

The Hotel was Situated in Beautiful place Little Walk To Town . The Staff were very very Friendly and Helpful especially Catello .Pool area and Terraces were Lovley .Only Thing is if you walk to Town There is No Footpath for first little Bit or there's Bus Stop Close By but I was OK with walk .

The Rooms are Dated need a Refurb quite old no fridge in Room had to buy Milk as they reluctant to give me any the Weather was very warm so obvisouy Milk didn't last had to throw away I had Travel kettle with me to make Tea .Only BBC News on Telly not that you realy need Telly.

Great hotel,situated on the road out of Sorrento with bus stops just up the road, the walk into Sorrento took around 15 mins. We stayed three nights, taking their advice on a day trip to Capri which I highly recommend, it was a small group tour. Next door to the hotel is a lovely little restaurant which I would also recommend. The hotel is lovely and clean, however our room was a little dated, particularly the bathroom. We also struggled with the noise from other guests, particularly on our corridor, who were extremely noisy into the early hours. Breakfast was good, but we did not have dinner. All the staff were lovely, particularly the barman in the evening and the guy who checked us in and advised us on the trips.

we had a junior suite with balcony. The extra room with bed was excellent to put our suitcases and clothes. The view was awesome with Mt Vesuvius was so cool. Breakfasts were ok for a buffet. Did not have dinner there.

While not the hotels fault... the price of taxis was the worst of the four cities we visited in Italy!!

Lovely hotel, v friendly staff which made a huge difference to our stay. Breakfast was good, enough selection for everyone. Bar food v. good.

Coffee!! Considering we were in Italy, the coffee was terrible. Coffee at breakfast in most hotels normally isn't great but this was the worst we've had so far, like boiled coffee. We thought the coffee in the bar area would be good as they had a machine but that was just as bad. I don't think the staff knew how to work it correctly (definitely the case for cappuccino because the milk wasn't done correctly) or the quality of coffee beans was terrible - very bitter.

We stayed in a junior suite with a great view. The staff at the hotel were professional, really welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The hotel was clean and the pool lovely. The room itself was great, big bathroom and great shower, hairdryer, toiletries, good air con. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a lot of choice available. We found the walk into town to be 15-20 mins into the centre - we enjoyed walking back up in the evening with great views over Sorrento/Bay of Naples. We had a fantastic stay. Thanks to all the staff, who were all brilliant!

The hotel is very nice. They have their own private parking right in front of the hotel. The room was very big and with a terrace. The bath was also quite big. The staff is nice. The breakfast is OK but nothing special. They were so kind to let us leave the car at their parking after we checked out so that we had time to explore Sorrento.

The hotel is like 20 - 25 min walk from the city center. There is a bus stop almost in front of the hotel and it is very convenient to use it (you can buy the bus ticket with a card from the bus). The capuccino at breakfast was horrible - they gave me a soluble powder capuccino instead of a real Italian one. Huge disappointment!

Gorgeous hotel with clean rooms and beautiful views from the pool and restaurant to Vesuvius. The staff were very friendly and gave me my own gluten free breakfast plate each morning. The perfect stay, we loved every moment. It’s an approx. 15 minute walk into Sorrento, the walk has gorgeous views but is along the road so you have to be very careful.

Great people attending to you, very kind, ready to help, sweetest people. Location was nice, nice pool area as well ! The food was really good too !

Problem with ants (which I can understand because the location is literally on a hill (almost in a forest), however, after moving me to another room, I found that the second room wasn’t the cleanest either… spiders, finger prints on the wall (?), bugs etc … so this tells me that maybe the issue with ants come from a lack of hygiene…

I loved the hotel and the staff, location is good and rooms are spacious. Breakfast is also nice.

I consumed the items on the table and minibar without any idea that I will be charged for it. At the time of checkout I had to pay more bucks again. There must be a note of all the charges for minibar items and snacks on the table and it must be noticeable enough to the customer. I admit that I should have clarified this before consuming the items.
