The spacious balcony and the breathtaking panoramic sea view were exceptional. The large and well-maintained pool on the 8th floor offered stunning views that added to the enjoyment of our stay. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of delicious food options, including a tempting selection of desserts. The hotel's location was convenient, with the town center easily accessible by a short walk, bus, or taxi. First impressions when we pulled up in the taxi , I just thought wow just so beautiful. Entered the hotel and it's so fresh, airy and clean. Staff are so friendly and will go above and beyond for you. Our room, absolutely beautiful. We booked an attic view and then got a call to say they will upgrade us to a balcony. My breath was taken away when they opened the balcony doors. Honestly I have never seen anything more beautiful. The bedroom was absolutely spotless. Cleaned every day and fresh towels. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The waiter that was there every morning is so friendly and helpful and always had a smile on his face. The view alone was worth the money. When I read it was uphill I thought I had made a mistake because I didn't want us exhausted but honestly I'm not the most fittest person but I didn't find it bad at all so don't let that put you off. I would highly recommend this hotel. My parents stayed here 31 years ago and recommended it to me , it did not disappoint at all. I feel it added to our experience

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a better room than expected—a truly customer‑friendly gesture from the hotel management. The view over Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius was spectacular, and staying in such a tranquil setting made it ideal for older travelers and couples seeking romance. After exploring the busy, crowded Amalfi Coast, we realized this hotel was the calmest, most beautiful place we encountered. It turned out to be the perfect spot to relax and enjoy ourselves. Service was top-notch, especially considering the price. We couldn’t decide what we enjoyed more—the outstanding breakfast with a panoramic view, lounging by the pool overlooking the bay, or evenings on the hotel terrace. In every respect, our stay exceeded expectations—and we will definitely return.

The hotel is situated up a hill so the views are amazing. We were given a room with a terrace overlooking the sea and town of Sorrento with Mount Vesuvius in the distance. Our room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

The layout of the room was a bit odd. The TV is on the wall and the only way to see it was to move the heavy chairs and a bedside table to right underneath it, we could not watch it from where the chairs were situated or from the bed but who goes on holiday to watch TV?

Breakfast was quite good but could have had more choice for hot foods. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom could have had more toiletries such as conditioner, body lotion, vanity kits that one would expect from a hotel costing €500 per night. Balcony views were stunning.

We would have expected fresh complimentary bottles of water every day.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! When we arrived and came out of the lift to reception, the view from the terrace over Sorrento is just stunning. My friend almost started crying she was so blown away! The rooftop pool and pool bar are also lovely with the same amazing views and was never crowded or too busy even in the middle of summer. Breakfast was fantastic with great views again and the loveliest guy who managed the restaurant and was always on hand to get us whatever we wanted as well as vegan options for my friend. The room was lovely - best view from the large balcony! For the price of some of the places in Sorrento, considering the view we had, this place was pretty good value. Highly recommended!

It's a bit of a walk uphill - 15/20 minutes - from the centre of town, but this didn't bother us at all.

Variety of choice of meals both in the pool bar and at Dinner. Very few traditional Italian or vegetarian options. Would have liked many more pasta and Pizza on the menu at dinner and maybe some toasties with various fillings at the pool bar.

The hotel was exceptional! The room was lovely with beautiful views of the harbor. The staff could not have been more helpful. They arranged all of our tour bookings and transportation. The restaurant had some of the best food in Sorrento!

Breakfast was delicious! A huge assortment of delicious foods, and made to order eggs. An incredible coffee machine. I looked forward to it each morning.

There was no air conditioning until later on in the season, so we were very hot each time we were in our room. We couldn't leave our window open since when we tried, bugs flew in.

Breakfast was amazing and the main guy is such a sweetheart, knows everyone by name and room number and constantly checking in to make sure you're happy. Pool is excellent with bar snacks and drinks. Overall a stunning stay

The view from our room was stunning but being on the road was quite loud. We had also been placed in between two incredibly loud rooms of guests so maybe bring ear plugs!
