Loved the property! The manager was incredibly patient and easy to contact, sent easy-to-understand self-check-in instructions in advance, and helped me a lot (transit tips and when I left my phone in a taxi eek!). The location in the Marina Grande is very unique with steeped buildings around you and a walking corridor right below your patio. It was exactly what I wanted. For anyone curious: room 1 is on the right (east?) side of the building facing the sea so I imagine room 2 has even better views.

These things did not bother me but some travelers should keep in mind: many many flights of stairs; somewhat confusing stairwell even with helpful manager video; 15-20 min walking distance from the city center is not to be trifled with if you think you'll be easily tired; and the property is a simple bedroom with no real additional space. Again, not a problem for me but I want to emphasize for other travelers!

Location was great. Lots of lovely restaurants and its so much quieter than the other side of sorrento nearer the pier! spacious room, fab view, clear self check in instruction- everything was great. My only gripe was that there is no full length mirror as we were here for a wedding but not a deal breaker. This wasn't a negative for us at all (and actually appreciated the extra stairs from all the food we've eaten) but as many of the reviews have stated already there's a lot of stairs and it's quite the climb up and down the center but we enjoyed the walk so it really wasn't a negative for us at all.

Its an amazing place with a beautiful place. room was spacious, nice balcony. There are restaurants nearby but most of them are closed during the winter period. Only one restaurant is open which at the end of the road, near by the sea which I not recommended. The place was bit difficult to reach by walking as there are many steps. However, its not a big issue as there is a daily shuttle just outside from this place to the train station and taxis are available 24 hrs. Beautiful place.. highly recommended.

Location was excellent, close to the beach and cute little bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. Agostino’s instructions are really clear about how to access the apartment and we had no issues with it. Agostino was also very helpful when we asked for fresh towels and asked for advice around transport to train station etc the balcony looking out to sea was lovely and it was convenient having access to the toaster and cutlery etc AC worked and the bed was comfy!

It would be nice if there was a cleaning service each day - we did not get cleaning products as advertised so we were unable to wash up dishes or even sweep up some sand from the beach! Fresh towels should also be provided automatically (even though we did get them quickly once we asked!). Because of the excellent location, there was some noise from the street but that’s to be expected- as are the steps to the location.

the location is tucked away upstairs in the corner of the seafront below the main town of Sorrento. There was a genuine local feel to the apartment. The location was peaceful but we were there in off season so it might be different at other times of the year. Just below our room, each night we passed a house where a fisherman was mending his nets.

The wall between our room and the other room on our level was not soundproof and we could hear the couple next door talking.

Location was perfect for exploring Sorrento. Lovely views of Marina Grande. Great communication with owner.

Lots of steps to access the property which wasn't an issue for us but definitely worth considering for people who may struggle with 50+ steps. Balcony was extremely small - barely enough room for 2 of us to sit out and enjoy the view. Room could do with a bit of an update but this didn't bother us too much as we barely spent any time in the room.

The room was good. We were advised that the property had no lift but underestimated the three floors of stone steps and the narrow steps up to the lovely terrace in front of our room for people of our mobility and carrying luggage. Meeting the host at the beginning would have been helpful although Agostoni did send helpful videos and and was very responsive on WhatsApp.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. The view was also gorgeous out of the bedroom window! The beach was gorgeous and the owner was very accessible by text.

There were several flights of stairs to get into the room from the bus station. Uber was not available. We managed, but I highly suggest packing lightly. This would not be a suitable location for anyone who can’t walk up at least 3 flights of stairs. Also, because we went at the end of the season most of the restaurants were closed around the room.

AC wasn't working when we got there and took a bit of back and forth with the host to get it working, but all ok once this was done. It is mentioned on reviews, but there are a lot of steps up to the property (and to get out of the general area to get anywhere else in Sorrento), so probably not one for anyone with lots of luggage or a reasonable level of fitness!

Amazing location overlooking the sea with restaurants at Marina Grande. A pleasant walk into town. Comfy bed and quiet location for sleeping. Although never met owner he was always a WhatsApp message away.

Couldn't work out how to use Aircon but didn't cause a problem as not too hot in the evening. There are lots of stairs to access the room which could put some people off but we expected this and it was fine.
