Very friendly, clean, I liked how the room was cleaned daily, nice breakfast, I enjoyed that each room had it's own private terrace, great location to get out of the busy area of Sorrento and stay in the fishing harbour area...but only a few minute walk to the main center. I really liked the lemon grove to sit under for breakfast or during the afternoon with an espresso. I would definitely recommend this place.

Upon arrival to Sorrento, I had walked from the train station to the hotel and realized, even though it was relatively close, that was a bad idea with my suitcase. Maybe a recommendation upon booking to take a taxi to the hotel would have been easier, as the accommodations can be difficult to find even with Google Maps.

We found the walk up into town a bit much though there is a public bus available. We used that for our departure with suitcases at the end of our stay.

This is a wonderful place! The rooms are very updated and clean. The grounds are so big and beautiful. Each day there is a very nice continental breakfast and great coffee. The hosts Marianna and Jessica were very helpful in telling us about restaurants and other tips. We were so glad we chose this place!

This isn't about not liking something but just a note about the bus schedule not being reliable. We were told by the lady we got tickets from that the bus comes every 20 mins. This only happen on time a few of the days but mostly waited half hour or longer. We did take taxis back and forth more than the bus.

Location, Location, Location! The 'OLD' Sorrento is so nice and so full of character. The host & cleaning staff are so good. Always friendly & accommodating and of our lack of knowledge with the Italian language was never an issue. The room had everything we needed and was very clean.

Unfortunately, the spa facilities were closed on our stay which was an attraction for us to stay here in the first place. The driers were also not working (no note to say such) which we only found out about after washing our clothes the night before we left which meant leaving with wet clothes (a little frustrating).

Jessica & Marianne could not be more welcoming and helpful. Pre arrival communication was excellent. Their English is fantastic. Our apartment was clean, fresh, spacious & well equipped. There were plenty of choices for breakfast which is enjoyed in a beautiful courtyard. Access to a drinks machine & water machine is 24 hour. It’s situated in Marina Grand area of Sorrento with a walk into town involving a climb/steps which may not suit everyone but there’s a bus!! Marina grand has many restaurants & bars so you don’t have to go far. I would highly recommend staying here. We shall be back.

Our apartment backed onto a passageway up from the beach and the first night it was noisy, but fine the other four.

Jessica and Mariana were wonderful and helped us navigate Sorrento. We took train from Rome airport to Naples, and they arranged a private car to and from the hotel.

The hill to walk up to the main square could be a problem with some/but not that big a deal. People do it.

I can’t praise this place enough. From the moment we arrived, the lovely Marianna greeted us warmly, handed over the keys, and gave us a tour of this beautiful spot just steps from the Marina. The location is perfect, with a lovely beach, numerous restaurants, and plenty of water activities nearby. Although the beds were a bit firm, they quickly provided us with double duvets, making them much more comfortable. The breakfast was delightful, and we especially enjoyed their coffee machine and water dispensers. It was a treat to make specialty coffees at the push of a button and have access to both regular and sparkling water. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

We appreciated the hotel’s proximity to the beach, which is ideal for relaxation and enjoying the scenic views. However, the beach can get quite crowded and sometimes dirty. While chairs and umbrellas are available for a fee, it’s necessary to arrive early to secure a spot.

Great location by the waterfront of sorrento. Lovely restaurants nearby on the water. Quiet. Large apartment space. Quiet breakfast terrace with hot coffee-tea Machine that was accessible at any time. Walkable from center of town and to the port. Breakfast selection was very good (but we had better, fabulous quality in amalfi)

The breakfast choices were varied but could have been better quality (croissants not so Fluffy, cereal boxes of corn flakes were a bit soft). There was restocking of cheeses and salami but sometimes one needed to wait eg smaller quantities and many guests showed up at once for breakfast.

Jessica was an amazing host. Her communication (WhatsApp) before and during our stay were excellent. She made us feel valued and our comfort was important to her. Our apartment was clean and included everything we needed. The breakfast options were perfect. Having a laundry available on-site was more welcoming than you can imagine during a 14 day vacation. The location was great - a few steps away from the marina, amazing seafood, a small grocery, and a taxi stop and much quieter in the evening if you prefer being away from the fast paced environment in downtown Sorrento.

There is nothing I would change about our stay.
