The hotel was well located just outside Sorrento A short bus ride or longer walk from main activities We loved the quirky decor and open friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful especially Pasquale who, on our arrival, which had been delayed because of a train strike in Naples, made us feel instantly at ease and made our check in very pleasant. He provided a kettle tea and milk for our room which was just what we needed I had forgotten that I had requested a sea view so that was a lovely surprise !

There is no lift but only two storeys so not too arduous It is on a road but the double glazing is fantastic !

The breakfast was very good. The staff tried their best when we asked for recommendations. The room looked fresh after refurbishment and the bathroom looked super nice and clean, and was quite spacious for a hotel.

No lift and steep stairs. To be fair, a porter took our luggage to and from our room, so that was ok. The walls are paper thin, so we heard a man on the phone in the next room for 1 hour after midnight. Do not go to the rocky beach close to the hotel, despite the receptionist's recommendation - it is super dangerous to get to the water and out.

Very good service People on the reception are so kind and gave us all the information we needed to know about the area Rooms are clean and comfortable good breakfast, especially the cakes 😋 A little bit far to reach the beach and the centre but there are buses every 20-30 min till 00:30 They have planned trips to Capri, Positano, Amalfi include bus from the hotel, boat and amazing guides. We paid 70€ each to Capri And 65€ each to Positano and Amalfi Which I recommend a lot it was so organised.. we had enough time to go everywhere, I think going alone gonna be a little complicated.

The only thing I didn’t like is not having enough shampoo and conditioner in the room but it’s not a big deal

Breakfast included, intercontinental, always full enough if you coming at 7.30 or just before 10 am. Good quality. Location could be better as little bit on top of the hill but bus or shuttle service is every 20 min and cost 2 euros one way. After one day we start really enjoy it. Hotel is very clean, the beds are super clean and towels changed every day .very big 👍 for this.

Is not footpath from the hotel to the bus or shuttle service, very narrow road and crazy Italian drivers.

Breakfast is sufficient with many kinds of cakes and also hams and drinks. I like the coffee made by staff and serving to me. The room was very clean and cozy. The hotel also has pretty good location, really close to the bus stop!

Some food in breakfast will be cold if you didn’t catch the early time to go downstairs. It’ll be good if there is a heating facility:). Others are wonderful.

The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to be helpful. We stayed in a room with a balcony view which was breathtaking. Shuttle bus is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and runs every 30 minutes into the main centre and back. Although the hotel didn't have a bar/restaurant on site, the hotel have partnered with some restaurants and booking/transport can be arranged at reception.

No kettle or iron in the room but this was only a small detail.

Reception staff were extremely friendly and gave us heaps of information of the area, transport options down into Sorrento and available tours. We had breakfast included in our stay.

Location was a bit of a hassle as it’s quite high up the mountain. The campsite nearby offered a shuttle service which was good, however we had to walk along the road which had no space for pedestrians and we felt a bit unsafe.

Easy and safe way to get to the center was taxi We took a bus but it was unsafe, no sidewalk, very small road with both way traffic. 2 outlet in the room for electronics. Ridiculous small shower ( I’m petite) shower door terribles like window blinds, very hard to manipulated. The tv was like a picture frame, latterly need binocular to watch it very small and up high. Very small room 110 we have two small carry-on, we had to have one on the floor against the door, no space.
