The staff was really helpful. the place was so quiet and nice. amazing view. clean and nice. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. just remember. maybe the Wifi or your data connection not working properly there. but you can enjoy some good offline moments at least. if you really need Internet it is not your location.

We stayed in a bungalow for 6 nights and loved it. It was clean and comfortable. The views from the pool and dining areas were amazing. We caught the bus (runs frequently) into Sorrento. We also took the cliff side walk down to the beaches. Its very steep but well worth a visit.All of the staff were amazing and did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. A big thankyou to Sabrina, John, Fabiola, Rosa, Alexesso, and the lovely gentleman in the restaurant (sorry I forgot your name). Would definitely recommend staying here.

No internet in bungalow, only in public areas, but I knew that before we arrived.

Villaggio Villa Lubrense is very well kept and peaceful and quiet and has AMAZING views of the coast from the gardens to the terrace of the restaurant and the pool (bartender was very nice) and there is also a private beach. This property in particular is very close to some wonderful beaches and locations. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful and allowed us to check-out late when we had a late transfer to Naples airport - something we really appreciated. They were always available to answer questions and requests and we would love to thank them for a really memorable time in Sorrento!

For what you pay the price of the bungalow is more than acceptable, it is very basic and we are by no means looking for luxury but the mattresses are not particularly comfortable. The bathroom is also very small. It is great to have a kitchen, but again the equipment was very basic and some things such as sponges, washing up liquid, and bin bags could be included to make the stay easier. The walk from the entrance of the property to the bus stop is quite dangerous as it is on a narrow road - would highly recommend renting a car or scooter during your stay

Huge hotel with bar, restaurant and MASSIVE pool which all has unreal views. We stayed in the bungalows and woke in the morning to a view of Mt Vuvsuvis which was to die for. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating to us. One morning we missed our bus to get to a boat tour for Capri and the staff organised a emergency taxi for us! Fabiola also dropped us in the centre on our departure day which made it stress free. The food at the hotel was delicious and they catered for my vegan friend which was so lovely of them. We also managed to spend a bit of time by the pool which was lush! The staff were always friendly and happy to provide recommendations and have a chat with us which made us feel so comfortable and safe. The rooms were clean and a lot bigger than we expected! We wish we stayed longer! We will be back!

Love the view the location was incredible beautiful. Pool area was nice could have been cooler hehe it was very hot.. only negative could not get WiFi in our rooms. also suggestion when they do come and clean the rooms they should leave a bottle of fresh water daily that would be nice as there is no where to get water. Other than that it was a great place good value for money. They also had a great breakfast European style but they had eggs :) that was very nice. Highly recommend this place If you are visiting Sorrento and the Amalfi coast.

At the beginning of our Amalfi trip, we stayed at Villa Lubrense for 2 nights and 3 days. The location of Villa Lubrense was quite good for us, as we wanted to stay at a point outside Sorento, closer to the beaches. The facility has a pool, restaurant, villa rooms and bungalow rooms. We did not have the opportunity to use the pool, but it looked very nice and clean. I guess that the villa rooms are much cleaner and have good views. The bungalows were at an average level. I think it was a good choice as a budget friendly choice. Bungalows had everything that could be. Calm, romantic and with a magnificent view of Vesuvius... The restaurant was very successful. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the facility. We were very happy with a magnificent view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The property is actually almost at the seafront. However, since it is very high in altitude, it is necessary to use a path of about 15 minutes to go down to Marina di Puolo Beach. Of course, that magnificent view would be a disadvantage, unfortunately. The slope from the main road to the facility is very steep. It was a little difficult to get up and down. The bathrooms in the bungalows were a bit small.

The view was spectacular! The pool area with the nice breeze is really beautiful, and the service was superb. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late but they kept the kitchen open for us so that we could have dinner. Also nice location just outside Massa Lubrense for easy shopping, and perfect for day trips to the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts

I recommend that you bring a couple of knives and a chopping board as well as a wine opener and tea towels, the kitchen in the Bungalow was sparsely equipped

This place has incredible views. The location is good for exploring the surrounding towns of the Sorrento area and Amalfi Coast. The restaurant is actually good, small menu, but we were also there right before the tourist season. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

My review would have been a 10 except for the lack of having Wi-Fi access in your rooms. I was able to get some spotty 5g here and there, but you pretty much have to go to the common area or restaurant in order to get Wi-Fi. A major inconvenience for trying to get information for tours and the area. All of our other accommodations on our trip had excellent internet access. Also, there is a super cute beach club down below, to the right of the hotel that has several restaurants that are very good. The hotel should have some sort of information on the fact that they exist.

The view was amazing! My wife liked the breakfast ( cream puffs she said was the best ) The staff from the office & the bartender guy at the pool gave us so much info and helped with any and everything we needed, from what to do best options on doing them and calling to order scooters and taxis anytime we needed.

First off not the properties fault! Someone from Naples bought property down the hill and was cutting olive trees then burning them, creating a lot of smoke & I have breathing problems so it was bad. However when having a discussion with the pool bartender and I told him about this the next day it stopped I thought cause it had rained he said he told the owner and she called them and asked them to stop burning for me. Amazing customer service.

There was a problem during my original booking when a scammer attempted to fraudulently capture my credit card details. Fabiola's intervention and communications were great and we managed to prevent the fraud without loss. On arrival, we had been upgraded to a nice room with a sea view and the staff were very helpful and supportive. We used both the pool and the beach at the bottom of the cliff and the breakfasts were excellent. The bus into Sorrento is frequent and quick and this saves all the hassle of driving into the town and finding parking. We also took a day trip to Capri from nearby Sorrento which is to be recommended.
