The hotel has the best location with amazing views from all the rooms. The common spaces are very luxurious and modern. The rooms are big with great balcony. Amazing chairs design across the hotel and rooms witch I personally like in a hotel. We enjoyed a sunny whether in January and I think this is a perfect stay off-season on this region. Reception staff is friendly and helpful.

I think that the cleaning can be done in a more consistent way. Because of an issue with our first room, we have it changed and we could see differences in small details. Maybe liquid soap can also be made available. No kettle was provided and no complementary water. Breakfast has good options but in average. We’ve had better in Spain. We would chose it again off season, for the views.

Exceptional location, exceptional modern architecture, outside and inside. Mid century modern. The luxury of large spaces: lounges, dining rooms, lobbies… Prints on the walls signed by THE Catalan artists, Dali, Tapies, Miro…. Rooms are on par with the modern architecture of the building . Great friendly staff, very hard working (Montserrat and Carlotta among others) Yet a bit old fashioned, in a good way…. The meals schedule, the super quiet pool. We really enjoyed it.

The view is spectacular! The rooms are pretty and they made sure you can enjoy the view everywhere. The balcony is big and gives enough room to dry your swimming clothes, but also sit together by a table. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room as the surrounding are amazing. The outside bar has good cocktails, you can walk down the hill to the beach (you can lie on the beach or rent beach beds for half a day or a full day) and you can explore the villages by car.

The restaurant is nice by day (the view is great), but not that cosy at night because of the lighting.

The location is superb. Whichever side your room is, you'd have either bay view or sea view. I loved the hotel interior and common areas. You feel relaxed the moment you step into this hotel. There is a very convenient free parking in front of the hotel for those travelling by car. Breakfast was lovely, and there is a lovely snack bar with a terrace.

It would be nice to have a tea kettle, a bathrobe and slippers in the room.

We had a wonderful suite on the top floor with amazing views and our own sun terrace. Comfy bed with nice linen. Quiet air con. Housekeeping very thorough. Tea & coffee making facilities. Large TV with Eurosport. Delicious breakfast with lovely staff who were very attentive.

The room was a little tired. Didn't like the hot tub - it kept switching on intermittently throughout the day and night and sometimes caused a bad drain smell.

Recently refurbished but still in the spirit of the original sixties(?) design. Good size rooms with decent views from the balconies. Food was great, staff very helpful and friendly. The best bit is the location. It is quiet and peaceful but with good access to small beach and nice country walks. Unlike most hotels this one features a softer bed, most are way too hard.

Pool was closed, would be perfect with a spa.

We had a 4-night stay at this beautiful parador with its spacious public spaces, peacefulness, sea views forever, plenty of sitting areas and very comfortable rooms and beds. Good access to beach. Staff were excellent. We had a wonderful meal at the restaurant.

Minor things really but not having tea/coffee facilities in the room or a station where you could make a cuppa. The refusal of not being able to take pool towels to the beach especially when the pool closed for the season after being there for 2 days even though the weather was very warm.

The views can't be beat. Even if you just stay in the resort two days and never go into town it's perfect and relaxing. The restaurant is very good.

It seems a few things have changed since we were there about 3 years ago. We had to ask for slippers, the bar/cafe doesn't let you take stuff up to your room anymore so you have to pay for room service and there are very few vegetarian options.

Excellent location overlooking Mediterranean. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast buffet with option of ordering freshly cooked hot food.

Dinner menu didn’t change during our 5 day stay. The Toc Restaurant, on the beach,which was excellent, only opened on Friday. Taxis to nearest town, Begur, were expensive, but had some great restaurants, especially Casa Juanita.

The views are amazing. The public spaces are extremely comfortable and all have wonderful views The rooms have good size balconies with sea views and comfortable furniture. The prices of food and drinks are reasonable for a high end hotel. The staff in the bar were absolutely lovely.

The only criticism is regarding the bathroom. It is a very odd set up with washbasin in the bedroom and very little space to put toiletries and towels.
