Very clean and staff was very nice.

The people who stayed next to me was super loud and making so much noise.

We arrived at the hotel and was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the host at the desk. Sean texted me to ask me if I found everything in the room acceptable. This was above and beyond normal service and we were very appreciative. He was even able to help us out in an uncomfortable situation which can be seen below in the negative comments.

There was a man sleeping on the floor of the laundry room preventing us from doing our laundry and creating an awkward situation. Fortunately, the staff was able to help us out and we had no issue after that.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The hotel's location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The hotel was great - all the things: comfortable, clean, modern. Francie at the front desk was terrific.

Our only issues were that the blackout window shades were not very effective and the morning coffee was not strong. Also, there was no hair conditioner, only shampoo and shower gel.

Fun in the pool (rattan chairs there were not good though!) Breakfast was great (lots of variety for people who don't like breakfast foods) and the suite had a full sized refrig if we were there for a long term stay.

Front desk lady did not communicate that there would be an extra $150 charge to the card until after we checked out. A different person answered when I called to question the charge and she said "we always do that until after you check out, as long as there is no damage to the room."

I love all of the amenities ! I am from here and booked the room for a birthday celebration . I love the location and I am a fan of fondren . I love that the pool is indoors and I loved the on-site gym !

The hallway did have a slight smell on our floor but it wasn’t in our room . I think it may be near the smoking rooms so I’m not really sure

The gym is well equipped - better than most. The room is comfortable and spacious. The staff is kind and takes the time to greet you. They keep the place clean. The location is very convenient for hospitals. Pretty roses in bloom around the property.

The breakfast options aren't as good as they used to be. Only cereal selection are children's favorites. Have not seen crossiants for a while. No strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, or other waffle toppings any more. Only milk is whole milk - would like to see low fat milk and low fat chocolate milk. The signage says they have evening reception on Mon-Wed, but it does not happen on those days.

I like the decor of the hotel, It look very nice in the lobby and dining area.

The room was okay, but I thought the floor needed to be vacuumed better. The towels weren't white, but the had a slight yellowish tint to them. In addition, the sink stopper in the bathroom was broken and we had maintenance come in and rectify the issue. Lastly, the Ice machine was out of order on our floor.

My room was big and spotless. I had to check in at 2 in the morning and even though they only had check-in until midnight they waited for me. They even called me around 11 pm to see if I was okay and still coming. That was really kind of them. The girl at the reception was nice and friendly. She offered me a late checkout since I arrived so late so I could catch up on sleep. Overall I had an amazing stay. Also, the free private parking made a difference in terms of safety.

Location was great. Close to many restaurants

Breakfast was supposed to last till 9:30 but the worker took up the waffle batter at 9 am. My daughter was in line to fix a waffle and the worker picked up the batter container and did not bring it back. The worker did not acknowledge or ask if she wanted a waffle. He even had to walk in front of her to pick it up. All he had to do was bring her a cup of batter if he didn’t want to fill the container back up. Customer service was lacking for sure.
