Perfect location with small yet very comfortable and clean hotel rooms! Balcony was a super welcomed addition and we spent plenty of time on there. The staff were amazing - shout out to Sylvie & Cristina on reception who couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful & friendly. Breakfast was great with a varied spread of hot & cold options. Ski storage was super convenient - very easy & quick. We would definitely stay again!

Half board option was not at the hotel, and the buffet at Magic Ski was good quality yet not the most enjoyable experience. Felt like a free for all and was not very civilised. We only used one night of our half board, but to be honest it’s not actually needed as eating out prices are so so reasonable in La Massana!

Beautiful little hotel that is right next to the mountains and a cable cars. The staff at the recpetion were great and very helpful with any question. There is parking literally at a 50meter distance in the public car park that cost around €20 for the day. It was convenient, a short drive to the city center and good value for money. We got our two rooms close to each other which was great.

The rooms were a bit small. It would be great if it was a little bigger but nonetheless good. The breakfast selection was a bit small and could be better.

Had a great experience staying at Del Pui. The location is amazing if you’re going to ski, ski lifts and hire shops literally on your door step. Place to store luggage as well as ski equipment. Room was clean, very spacious and had amazing views from the balcony. Nice breakfast with lots of options. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating, can’t thank them enough! They helped when I needed a taxi into Andorra centre which is only a 10 minute drive away. I think the value for money is great and I would happily stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good room, clean bathroom and a nice balcony with a great view of La Massana. Great location with underground parking close by. All in all a very enjoyable stay in Andorra. Cannot wait to got back in the winter. Hotel also assists with organizing outside activities.

The room got a bit hot in the afternoon without any AC. This was solved by opening the balcony door and turning on the fan.

The staff were very nice , helpful and accommodating. The price is very good. Close to Sky lift, center of town, restaurants, equipment rental places and transportation. My room (Single person) was sufficiently roomy and for the price I was very satisfied. Super clean and the cleaning staff were very good.

I wish it had a small table and an electric kettle in the room.

Hotel has exceptional location - we saw ski lift from our hotel room. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. We had an issue, but it was solved quite swift and professionally. Breakfast was sufficient, good coffee and chocolate drink - not dense as in many cafes. Our kid appreciated.

Lighting in room could be more cozy. I wouldn't use that blue lighting in hotels at all.

I'm very happy that I chose this hotel. Everything was clean, the room was very warm, the bed confortable, a good choice of tasty products was offered for the breakfast. Perfect location for public transportation, thr cable car nearby. The staff was so friendly. Big thanks especially to Christina who recommended to me amazing hiking trails.

Location is perfect for Ski in ski out. Single room was just enough. Nice but not flashy. Ski rental very reasonable across the street. Gondola is 2 minute walk from hotel. Pre-arranged lift ticket with hotel. Extremely convenient. Lockable ski storage in lobby. After I saw the Hotel Breakfast buffet, I added it both days. Wonderful breakfast and cheap for 10Euros/day. Grocery Market 1 min away, restaurants, 5-10 minutes away. Very walkable. Easy to get to.

My room was actually a little too hot. Turned off heat and opened window to balance temperature. Bed is just twin size length. would not fit tall person very well.

The staff were the best! Could not do enough for you, friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with a huge range of food available. A lovely balcony provided a great rooftop view Would certainly stay again! .

Clearly not the fault of the hotel but the street outside is very busy and there's no parking though there is a restricted space for dropping off luggage etc. Parking is available at an additional cost in a nearby car park - certainly the nicest car park I've ever used! Having said that the geography of Andorra is such that towns are crowded into the valleys with just one option for travelling up and down so it didn't surprise me that roads were congested with slow-moving traffic. So I imagine that any hotel you select would be in exactly the same situation!

excellent location, friendly helpful staff, well maintained room, perfect locationfor a summer or winter stay.

Bike storage facility was fine but a little more space required for maintenence. Having said that, the bike wash and service area in the Hotel next door, which you are allowed to use is superb if a little inconvenient.
