The location is stunning. Rooms are clean and serviced daily. The staff are true gems, and the breakfasts are generous and very tasty. The covered thatched bar and restaurant area is a welcome cozy area in which to relax at any time. Shaded beach loungers abound. Excellent value all round. Live music evenings on offer were enjoyed.

At times the Tikki bar plays very repetitive music a little too loudly throughout the day, when in fact the natural sound of the sea is great. Suggest introducing more variety and checking that the volume is suited to the guests liking.

Perfect location, boundless white-sand beach right in front of your room, far away from daily life agitation, very relaxing, incredible food served at all hours of the day by some of the most caring chefs, real gems, not exaggerating one bit about the quality of the food served at the restaurant, everything on the menu is guaranteed to leave you in awe and wanting more the next day. Every member of the staff is so considerate and eager to please, very hospitable. Big special thanks to Hussein, Muhammad, Mwinyi and Joseph, all the crew in the kitchen, at the reception, the cleaning personnel, the security and the gardeners.

Nothing we didn't like really. Expect an occasional power outage (very short and almost adds to the charm of being so far down in Africa) so make sure to get a power bank with you if you travel with electronic equipment.

Everything was amazing, friendliness of the staff and willingness to help, nothing was a problem. The place itself is beautiful and clean. The owner is always willing to assist. Despite minor challenges, the staff worked tirelessly to make it a fantastic stay! The food was delicious, certainlyno skimping on food and the food was presented beautifully with each plate. A masterpiece each time. The cocktails, let's not forget those, oh man the barman Joseph knew what he was doing everytime and nothing disappointed ever! Not forgetting the swim up bar...a bonus in the heat to be able to enjoy a drink in the pool! The entertainment arranged over Christmas and new years eve party. Alot of effort went into the decor and lighting. We definitely want to go back. It was a fantastic experience for us as family and my son enjoyed the activities daily with Denis, he's really great with the children!

I didn't like the fact that I had to go home!

Super friendly staff, gave me extra breakfast when I asked and were always very accommodating, lovely big welcome when I arrived too. My room was newly renovated, lovely and comfortable, and there's a big pool being built on the beach so I'm excited to come back and enjoy that! Island-wide power outages but the hotel has a backup generator so no big issue. Beach was really fantastic, absolutely the best part. The room is right there in front of the water, absolutely stunning views and so quiet and relaxed, no beach boy problems like with other parts of the island. Great little place, keep it up!

Drive from the airport to the hotel wasn't great but apparently a new road is being built

I Iiked everything the staff especially Nikki that gave us a heartwarming welcome for our honeymoon couldn't ask for a better experience overall.

We found the food choices was limited and portions of food were small, we tried different restaurant of neighboring hotels and they had special menus of the region,that was the only thing in this amazing place.

Our stay at Blue Palm Resort was unforgettable! The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the stunning ocean view—it was absolutely breathtaking and made for the perfect backdrop to a relaxing vacation. Waking up to that view every morning was a dream come true, walking from the room directly to the beach. The staff at Blue Palm Resort were incredibly friendly and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Whether it was helping with any requests or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, their warm hospitality really stood out. Friendly helpful staff, everything was very clean, the room was cleaned daily (and also the drinking water was refilled everyday).

Location is not bad, there is not a lot of people around, but if you want to go to the shop, you have to go to Paje. In this area are only hotel restaurants (if you want good and cheap restaurants, you have to go to Paje). Breakfast was very tasty, but same every day. If you want full English breakfast, it’s not included, so you need to pay extra money (5 or 6$)

Beautiful location, the beach is clean , it is submitted to low and high tides, it s possible to swim on the morning before 9 am and on the afternoon after 03 pm. A lot of trees and we can see monkeys on the trees during our breakfast. The beach is quite desert, not many tourists. The place is still preserved. The staff is amazing and very kind. The saturday night party is really a must with a very nice atmosphere.

Because of the concept of eco lodge of this hotel, there is no air conditionned and at night time, there are quite some insects on beds. Also the room and bathroom need to be a little bit refreshed.

Location and staff were great. Staff Always very helpful and the location on the beach was awesome. Also the surrounding around the hotel and bar was very nice. We even see few monkeys around the hotel, so did not have to go Jozani to see them:-)

Rooms could be more clean and the room equipment is quite old. I would also recommend aircondition in the rooms. More variety at breakfast would be appreciated, we stayed over 10 days and the breakfast was the same every day with not many options to choose from. The food in the hotel was quite expensive compared to what you can get e.g. in regular, local restaurant in Paje. In general, all the services provided by hotel, tours, taxi etc. were quite expensive compared to what you can get normally if you negotiate a bit with locals

The staff are super welcoming, friendly and accommodating! They take the time to get to know people and jump to your aid at any given time. The beach is relaxing and unoccupied by anyone outside of the residents. Everything is neat and the views are amazing. Will 100% recommend and return.

Drinks are a bit pricey compared to other places. But other than that the merchants on the beach who bother you every 5 minutes are the only unpleasant part of the whole experience.
