After reading many reviews, I hesitated for quite a while before deciding to book a room at the Stuart Hotel. You can always look at the glass as half empty — but I chose to see it as half full. While it’s clear the Stuart Hotel has seen better days, it still has quite a bit to offer. One of its strongest points is the location — just a few hundred meters from the City Hall. The room I was given was thoroughly vacuumed, and both the bedding and towels were clean and almost new. A few small stains on the carpet didn’t bother me beyond a minor aesthetic impression. The room was also equipped with a kettle and a full selection of coffee, tea, and all the usual extras. What truly stood out was the staff — definitely one of the hotel’s greatest assets. The front desk team was consistently friendly and helpful, and the room service regularly checked in to make sure guests had everything they needed. I genuinely felt well cared for throughout my stay. Light sleepers might find the hotel’s location next to a main road a bit of a challenge, but a good pair of noise-canceling earbuds easily solves the issue. Next time I’m in Luon, I’ll definitely consider booking here again.

Washing the thick, elegant curtains would bringing a fresher feel to the room — they’re lovely, but clearly in need of a refresh. It’s also worth noting that the room faced a busy road, which occasionally attracted nuisance riders with loud, modified exhausts. While this didn’t ruin my stay, it might be a consideration for light sleepers.

I like everything about the hotel and suggest to many of my friends

I am trying to call hotel as i got the parking ticket from the hotel parking… at the time of check inn lady on the desk told me about the price of parking and i move my car and parked somewhere else in cheap parking.. even though i get ticket in 10min parking thats the check inn time… abd at the check out time the boy take my car reg BK09CWR honda civik and he said i will cancel it if i got the ticket.. i am requesting the team please cancle it

My first stay at this hotel, my usual hotel had overpriced itself imho. Considering it's review score I wasn't expecting much, I was wrong, my allocated room was great, very clean and comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities topped it off. I'm highly satisfied with my choice, will definitely consider staying here again, it's excellent value and very close to Luton town centre and all the facilities.

Very welcoming. The staff were friendly, warm and accommodating .The lobby is lovely to sit in and the room itself was perfect for what I needed. I missed my flight to Istanbul and needed a bed for the night so I could catch my amended fight the next day. I'm glad I stumbled upon Stuart Hotel as it was close enough to the airport and shops to offer a convenient stay for a good price. Next time I'm in Luton this will be my first choice.

No way of heating food in the hotel room. The staff were happy to assist however.

The pillow were to small i had to ask for 2 extra and i think we should also have more towels. The roof were for 2 guests but we have just 1 big towel and 1 face towel that we had to share. In rest everything was great. Reception welcome was wonderful !

It was a great value for the price. It’s located in a convenient area and the staff were polite and helpful. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option that doesn’t compromise on the basics, this is a solid choice. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable rooms, quite large in floor area! Great shower & decent-sized bath. Air conditioning/heating working. Fantastic close location for catching flights from Luton as it’s only a 15 minute drive from the airport.

Could do with much thicker curtains on the windows to conserve heat and darken the room. Also, the window sills need to be cleaned more thoroughly.

The staff do everything in their power to make sure you have the best stay possible especially Stella, what an amazing asset to the hotel she is. I booked in for a week and intended on moving on to a different hotel but I ended up staying for 3 weeks as my stay was better than I had expected. The location is perfect, close to the mall, shops, restaurants and pubs.

There's nothing I disliked about the hotel.

The warm welcome of Stella on 27th night and wassif or wassim I forgot the name today on 28th ! very nice receptionist, extremely welcoming and nice and caring !!! the center of luton near shops and restaurants and 4 miles only from airport ! just perfect ! huge room and nice bed

Maybe noise cause near highway but to be honest price and proximity of airport makes it perfect
