I enjoyed my stay at Hotel WBF Grande Asahikawa and would stay again. I arrived before check-in time. The reception staff kept my luggage and I went out to explore Asahikawa. When I returned I was told that my luggage was already in my room. Very good service! The room was well designed with room to open my luggage, a reasonable sized desk and comfortable bed. There were a good number of electrical sockets with USB charging sockets, including by the bed. There was a lounge available in the afternoon and evening with complementary sake and wine to taste. There is an onsen on the 2nd floor free for guests. There is a jacuzzi type whirlpool pool and a pool that seems to use ultrasound! The hotel is only about 5 or 10 minutes walk from JR train station, the bus terminal and AEON shopping mall. There is a big play area for children in the reception area, so good for families waiting to check-in.

The hotel is in a quiet backstreet area and when I stayed there in winter it was difficult to carry luggage through the snow and slush. Maybe get a taxi - it's not too far and not too expensive. The hotel is near a hospital and quite often I heard ambulance sirens, which was a bit disconcerting until I realised what the sirens were for!

The hotel is ideally located near a 7-11, shopping malls, and eateries, offering great convenience for guests. Guests can enjoy unlimited free sake, wine, and ice pops in the cafeteria until 8 PM, which was a nice treat for us after dinner. The breakfast menu provides a good variety, catering to different tastes. The onsen on the second floor is large, clean, and well-equipped.

I did not like the height of the lavatory.

Stayed 2 nights end of May with my family n we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. An English speaking staff was assigned to help with our check in n she was wonderful, showing us around the property n explaining all the little details we should know. Resort was great, had very cool lounge areas and even an outdoor foot bath which operates till late. Onsen was also decent, not big but has an outdoor area. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable, no complaint. Our rates came with breakfast n dinner, they were wonderful with great selections. Highly recommended!

The onsen facilities are fantastic and the rooms nicely appointed and the breakfast selection is amazing, fresh and fulsome. The desk staff delightful and helpful. Paid parking available on site. A 7-11 very close and many good restaurants nearby. Plus you can open the windows !

The room was quite spacious! The price included the onsen and a free drink which is great! On site parking was also very convenient, and worth the 1000 yen a night

The weather was quite dry and there wasn't lotion available as part of the toiletries. There was a humidifier available for use but you had to figure it out yourself.

The hotel is located just a 4 minute walk away from the station exit, with a nearby coffee shop (that we absolutely loved btw). Rooms are clean, and they have good basics like vending machines and laundry available along with a breakfast place. View could be good too, but nothing too special if the room faces the main street. Overall loved our stay here.

The double (2 person) bed is too small honestly.

Big and comfortable room! The hotel is near to Asahikawa Station (5-6mins walk). It has a laundry room with 2 coin operated washers & 2 dryers. In the evening, they have different sake and local snacks for you to try daily which is a great way to chill before dinner. Parking available on-site at 1000yen per day.

For a 3 stars hotel it was amazing and definitely felt like 4. The Onsen was so nice for a city hotel!

Parking was big enough and comfortable but unfortunately in this cold snowy weather we hoped for an underground parking. Biggest problem was in the room: window is not opening, no Cooling AC, and refrigerator for our groceries didn’t work.

Everything was very good, breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The sake and wine tasting was an added bonus we didn’t expect. Staff were excellent and vey helpful and the coin operated laundry was appreciated.

Great location clean and quiet. Hokaido resort liner to the door. Aeon mall and jr rail is only a block away. The short cut out the back door makes it very close. Onsen is very good and free for hotel guests, although it is not natural spring it is so clean and many different pools to use. Sauna is really hot and a cold pool is really cold. Highly recommend.
