The room we were giving on arrival would not have been comfortable for a family of 4 adults and as soon as we brought this to their attention, we were immediately given two separate rooms with connecting doors. This gave our young adults some independence but also an opportunity fir us to keep an eye on them. Water and fresh fruits were also provided at the reception area daily which we found very thoughtful.

Breakfast was a bit little for the price and there was no dining room just the reception area with chairs

No Breakfast included and they have for limited hours for the restaurant in lobby but did not come to hotel for breakfast. The hotel was clean, comfortable and just a great place to stay offering just what we wanted. If your going to have a Starbucks or cafe of some sort make sure its open more that a few hours.

They use to have coffee and tea in lobby area complimentary last time we stayed there but that was taken away and there is nothing there for guests unless you buy whenever restaurant is open which isn't often, There was a Starbucks there but both days when we looked, we never saw it open.

Being charged for Parking in the lot with plenty of space. Ice machines not working unless you go to top floor with the only one operable. No breakfast included and Starbucks in lobby is never opened.

The food at the on-site restaurant was excellent but I would have liked a larger menu. Also, I wasn’t warned to reserve a spot on the airport shuttle when I made my motel reservation. We were lucky to have found a seat to make our flight.

The price that was charged at the bistro after a long day to just relax at the bistro, have a drink or food, but the prices were outrageous. I would much rather go out to a nearby restaurant.

Clean and quite with beautiful surroundings and a mall with decent food options closeby. Excellent stay for a week.

Loved the staff and indoor pool. I needed it to continue physical therapy. The room had a handy cap toilet which is extremely comfortable.

There needed to be more outlets for my devices and the lighting could have been much better

Rochelle at the front desk was tremendous and created a very relaxing visit She was able to troubleshoot and facilitate our stay even in the presence of an entire hockey team trying to check out.

Clean, quiet room - exactly what we needed while attending an event nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated the coffee available in the lobby!

This isn’t a negative, but rather a heads up for other travelers: due to staff shortages / Covid, some services aren’t available (cafe closed, limited housekeeping).
