The breakfast, is too poor. There are not many things to add to the bread: no cheese, no ham, no serrano ham. just one kind of juice, orange. There are not fruits.

There is no parking or free parking, forced to pay $25 for valet parking each night.

I really appreciated that they agreed to cancel my reservation when I arrived there. The booking was non-refundable. The reason I needed to cancel was not their issue. Booking.com listed this property on my search despite my specific request to only view properties with free parking, and I failed to double check that detail when completing the booking. When I arrived there, parking was valet only at $25.00 per night. No other parking arrangement where possible.

Only valet parking was available, and it was more expensive than I was prepared to pay.

I didn't have any beakfast while I was there. I wasn't even aware that one was offered. The pool was wonderful however and I spent almost every day there. The hotel staff along with the valet parking people were all very pleasant & professional. The grounds were also nicely maintained. Everyone who I crossed paths with was moat helpful & friendly. I will definetly be back to this property!

I thought the lighting in the rooms could be much better. It was quite dark at night with lots of shadows. The windows to my room which looked out over the ocean were somewhat dirty. It was very noticable when looking out. Aside from these two minor issues it was all "thumbs up".

The overall views and access to the beach was awesome.

They nickel and dime everything, and they overprice everything too. For example you have to pay for parking if you bring a car which most people would. And the restaurant is way overpriced with very limited options for food,so if you wanted to enjoy this hotel without leaving it, you might find yourself disappointed. You also have to pay to rent a beach chair or umbrella and you’re not allowed to bring any of your own food or drinks on the beach? Given the restaurant is so limited that’s ridiculous.

The beach, the room and the staff are really good

I didn't like that there were dirty bed sheets in my bedroom and the air conditioning was very noisy

I loved the room and the location was great for the money. The staff was very friendly! The food was very good from the Restaurant. The view from my room to the ocean and pool were wonderful! Over all was very enjoyable. The scent of the lobby was wonderful and the room decor was very clean and light.

There are a few things I was concerned about. 1 Valvet parking - it was very hard for my son to drop me off and stay without being charged. 2 No bar. The drinks were always available, but it was not as concient as having a bar available 3 The sound proofing for the rooms next to each other. Not the upper or lower, on the sides were very noisy.

I booked this hotel on a whim before actually reading the individual reviews. Once I read the reviews I got a bit nervous about all the bad things they were saying. However once we got to the property we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was super clean! We got to the room and the room was big enough and clean, contrary to what the reviews said. The hotel is right on the beach which was incredible and you get to use beach chairs. The pool is small but pretty chill. Breakfast was included which was a great surprise but you better love your carbs and your gluten cause that’s all you get, unless you order separately from the kitchen. Jimmy, that seemed to do everything, from beach chair valet, bringing drinks to people, making sure the hotel was clean, dude was amazing!! Honestly the hotel got a high mark that me to this guy!

Not a fan about the mandatory $25/night valet parking. However, I must admit that they give you a little code to scan and you can order the car from the room and ready by the time you’re downstairs. That’s cool. $25 not cool. The room was a little damp but it’s Florida, right on the beach. Opened up the window and seemed to be better. Also breakfast, if you love your carbs and gluten and sugar, this is great. However wished some fruit or protein. But this is me being extremely picky.

Modern, light-filled room (623) - we loved it, calm boutique atmosphere, towels available anytime, sonder app and digital communication + amazing privat beach. The lady at the reception (Jeanny, I hope I spell proper - on duty 9th May at 14.00) is a great plus for the hotel. She is one of the most helpful and competent person, whom we ever met on our holidays.

The staff at the restaurant might be more welcoming. The basic continental breakfast could be slightly upgraded.
