Easy access (with room key card after 10pm). Quick and easy food options + convenience stores all around. Within a good 10-11 min Uber drive from the Metrolink station. Pretty quiet through out the night. Alot of parking available. Busses were close by and cheap.

No pool. Fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Maintenance was almost non existent. Traffic can be busy during the day. Near DMV/Licensing office.

For a budget stay it was very clean and accommodating. The room was spotless and we were upgraded to a kitchenette free of charge. I forgot my ID there after checking out and they held it at the front desk for me. Really good service and a nice place overall.

Breakfast muffins I’d probably skip on.

Room floor could have used another pass of cleaning / moping as was dirty. Few insects/ bugs must have emerged from crevices ,noticed moving on floor , disposed of them quickly. Only two hand soap , could have supplied small travel size shampoo as most hotels do.

The room was clean and comfortable

The exterior entrance was dirty Trash can full and overflowing allot of seeds that dropped off the trees almost slipped a couple of times The entrance sidewalk was very dirty needs to be power washed

The breakfast is muffins & granola bars. I think the selection could be much better for the prices the consumer is paying. The hours for it need to be longer, some consumers don't wake up @ tbcod & sleep later then the time of the "breakfast" (using that term doesn't describe what you offer as to breakfast)

The closed caption never worked on the room TV. Also when anyone who occupied the room above me was a "loud walker" that was the duration of my stay. (I stayed for 3 weeks)

Stayed here before it’s cleaner , (Im a clean freak), now great location , plenty of parking , near the mall food places etc I also forgot a pan they let me borrow one nice staff

Great staff and clean hotel/room. I also liked that you need a key to get in through the front doors late at night. made me feel safe.

We only had 1 large towel and 1 small towel. Called for towels and front desk said they would bring some up, but never did. came back to hotel after 1am, didn’t get her name but I called and she brought us more towels. It wasn’t really an issue, just a heads up :)

You should just advertise "Coffee Bar" not "Breafast included". I was wary after reading some online reviews but this was a great place in a location that seems like a residential area with stores close by.

Family Emergency. Checked out March 29th around 1:30 pm. Was booked until March 30th. Waiting for Refund... Otherwise would have Stayed thur 30th March 2023...

There was clogged up drain in shower found a lot of hair in drain had to pull it out to drain water.
