Excellent service by hotel , nice tidy room Only downside was lift main door was broken but didn’t effected the function

And also rooms had bit of smoking feeling it should’ve been totally Non smoking for families Construction opposit building start 8am in morning everyday didnt disturb us during night though

The location of the hotel is perfect to visit Izmir and there is a very good value for money!

I had a room on the street and the isolation was not great.

This was a proper hotel with all the amenities and facilities provided as mentioned on this website. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was a few meters away from the main railway station and a metro station. The hotel staff was very professional and also helped us in finding our way around the city. Our stay at the hotel was comfortable and their breakfast was also great and fresh.

Construction work happening right next to the building, so you might feel a bit of shaking and noise coming in during working hours. The shaking was because of the excavation through the machine, which might stop in a couple of days after they are done with the foundations. Hence, do contact the property regarding this before booking.

This was my second time at Alican hotel. We came for a short stay for only one night. We arrived really early around 09:00 in the morning way far from the check-in time. The manager checked for us and said your room is ready and you can have it without any additional costs. Even they gave us the option to have breakfast. I liked the hotel and the staff I would surely come back again when I visit Izmir.

The fridges at the hotel should be improved that are a bit old and don't cool the food or drinks.

Really good hotel , it is located about 4 minutes from the tram station. The staff is very helpful.The room was cleaned everyday and nothing was missing. The most important we booked the room in less than 24 hours, and they had our room ready within that short time.

The only things didn't like and mostly didn't bother us was the construction near the hotel, which is not related ot the hotel.The soundproof was really good at the hotel so we hardly heard any noise outside.

Very friendly and helpful staff even from the reception the guys was amazing. The room was cleaned every day and clean towels.

Perfect location if you're arriving at Izmir Basmane Train Station. Amazing location as well for commuting around Izmir. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. They even let us leave our luggage after we checked out in a secured luggage room.

We were four families from Bulgaria. Very good hotel. The man from the hotel came with us to show where to park the cars. They don't take us money for the parking. The breakfast was enough and delicious. Rooms are clean and with very comfortable beds. They speak perfect english and was very polite. Highly recommended the hotel.

The room was very small and it was stuffy. If you open the window from the street, there is a lot of exhaust gases. in general, a good option for a couple of days.
