I liked the helpful staff on site to assist with travel or unexpected needs. The location with a sunny room and a balcony was very nice.

Getting in and out of the tub is difficult because the tub wall is high and there are no grab bars. You have to actually get in the tub to turn on the shower which is challenging too. You have a lovely sunny room for breakfast and then you offer the most bland assortment and presentation of breakfast options in a room that looks like a hospital cafeteria. You should take advantage of what you have to offer and make it more special. Everyday I would drink all the water from the pitcher in my room and everyday I would see if the housekeep would refresh the water. The housekeep didn’t refresh the water, didn’t clear away used dishes, and didn’t replace towels.

The room was a nice size with a good sized bathroom, both nicely decorated - The guesthouse had a lovely feeling and it felt like ones gone to someone’s beach villa, which I’m assuming this building used to be before becoming a guesthouse- Staff were friendly and helpful - breakfast was ok, have to ask for omelette or eggs though - was around 40 mins walk to Cascais which could do from the walkway by the beach which was very pleasant but also very warm - would consider staying here again if I return to the area

Although I thought I had booked myself a room with proper windows my room has a small window with little views probably because it was an attic room, don’t believe the photos on the booking site represented the room given to me view-wise and I was expecting a bigger window and better views The pool was small and always busy - I was hoping that because the guesthouse was not in a central location perhaps the pool would be less busy, so that put me off from using the pool, cause every time I was around and checked, all the sunbeds were taken, mind you the beach is close by so wasn’t a big issue

Good location - 10 mins walk from Estoril beach. Lovely breakfast included. Secure parking (pre book) Staff all very kind and helpful.

Lovely small hotel. Good sized room with lots of cupboard space. Very efficient air conditioning. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Lovely communal lounge downstairs. Pleasant gardens all around with small seating areas in secluded parts. Small pool ideal for cooling off, with comfortable sun beds surrounding. Due to it being such a small hotel it was never busy around the pool. Fantastic breakfast included in the price.

Breakfast was pretty good, had the basics - coffee, fruit, yogurt, bread, and some pastries. I do know you can order eggs, pancakes, and bacon in advance, but we arrived kind of late. The location isn't far from the train that takes you to downtown. There's a grocery store around the corner and quite a few good places to eat in the area. The room was wonderful with blackout curtains and storage cabinets. The bathroom was large with wonderful water pressure and temp. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful.

Fantastic value for money. Good breakfast. Everything was clean and tidy. Pool area very relaxed and never too busy. Area was quiet but with really good cafes and restaurants close by and having a supermarket so close was a bonus. Great base for exploring cascais Lisbon and Sintra but our favorite was Ursa Beach.

Excellent hotel with a modern concept and spacious rooms. The breakfast is great, freshly prepared to order. Nice private pool and It’s also very close to the beach. I especially want to mention, they managed to provide us with another room after check out and after we had to return from the airport due to a power outage throughout Portugal at the end of April. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Thanks again for the nice gesture!

I was looking for a nice room with breakfast for one night on the way to the airport. I checked different hotels in the area which were all old-fasioned and not comfortable at all. I was super happy when i found this guesthouse that also offered a late check very late in the night. The stuff was soo friendly and welcoming and the house and the room are very modern and stylish. The Breakfast was also good and the great to visit the beach. Definitily can recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Somewhere guesthouse. Breakfasts were great,plenty of selection and staff so helpful, would recommend to anyone staying in the area. Rooms v comfortable too.

Only minor but coffee sachets weren't replenished in rooms so you only got the 1st day ones free,but you could buy a coffee at the bar so not a big deal.

The bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and the common space was perfect for relaxing. I especially enjoyed the included breakfast: eggs made to order, wide tea selection, coffee, breads and pastries, Greek yogurt, variety of fresh fruit, meats and cheese, and cereals. The location is also convenient, close to the train stop and several restaurants. Staff is super friendly and helpful too!
