This 3 Bedroom apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Cebu with our 3 adult daughters. The rooms were comfortable with air con in each room and a well equipped kitchenette. It was a quiet location, with a shopping centre a 5 min walk away and also an easy walk to "Street scape" where there were lots of food options. The Montebello Hotel was just across the road and we were able to go in there and pay for a day pass to use the pool (approx $12) and they had live music on a Thur & Fri night so we stayed for drinks and food one night which was very good.

There was a 1500 peso security bond which was fine, but we couldn't put this on our credit card and it had to be paid in cash. This was not a big deal but as it was the end of our trip we were then left with excess peso's when we checked out and the bond was returned. Luckily one of our daughters was continuing her travels in the Philippines and was able to take the cash, but just something to be aware of

Staff were excellent and very flexible when we had a payment issue with a credit card. Main bedroom had a small balcony with a great view. Lots of restaurants (mostly Korean and Japanese) and supermarket nearby, also easy to order food deliveries. As the room has a fairly well equipped kitchen, microwave, gas oven and toaster grill, large refrigerator, this is definitely recommended as a longer stay option and for families. Good wifi connection and large TV in lounge area. Both bedrooms had en suite facilities and the master bedroom's bathroom was very spacious, with bath and shower. Lots of cupboard space too. Guests can use the excellent paid pool facilities at the neighbouring Montebello Villa property, and pool fee comes with F&B consumables (great menu selection and service).

Payment system was a bit complicated (need to add GCash system!) but staff (esp Monette) were patient and superhelpful. Signage could be improved to help locate the building, we found existing sign a bit confusing esp when arriving at night.

The suite set up with the separate rooms and kitchen. Perfect for groups that want to be together but have breathing room. Perfect for families! Loved the water cooler and good air conditioning!

Larger hot water capacity needed as well as a stopper for the sink. Needs updates (fresh paint), etc.

This 2-bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious, comfortable with everything you need to cook your own meals. It had 2 bathrooms and toilets. Fresh water was supplied by the way of a water cooling and heating machine included in the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful and respected your privacy. For the price of around 120 AUD per night this is far better accommodation than any hotel 4 or 5 star you could stay at. I also extended my stay, and the manager gave me a discounted price. 2 grocery stores and a large department store is only a quick 5-minute walk and plenty of restaurants, Jollibee, hairdressers, pharmacy all close by. Fantastic stay!!!

There was nothing to complain about.

The place is so serene & it is such a haven where utmost comfort have been experienced along w/ my family & sibling's family. It was an enjoyable stay. It feels like we are in the Manila Hotel in Intramuros. We will visit again sometime soon in this wonderful place.

The location was good and everything was just great

We were told that we took one fork and had to pay for it which was just about crazy. It’s our fault as we didn’t check what was in the room when we went to stay. We didn’t bother and didn’t even know what was supposed to be in there for cutlery

i forgot my small wallet if so could you please save it until the next time you go. the contents are about 200yen in japanese yen.

We like everything! The apartment is spacious enough for our family of 7 people. The rooms also spacious. We cook everyday during our 5D/4N stay in this apartment. They have great kitchen and all appliances we need to cook. The location is also great. It just walking distance to mall/supermarket nearby, so it's very convenience to do groceries shopping or buy things you need. Staff was also helpful.

personalised service. Monet and other receptionist are always at hand. The property is ageing but well maintained and always clean. Size is also great and love the decor!
