This hotel is very good. Quite nice design, very spacious room. Cleanliness without any issue. Staff seems quite friendly. Breakfast was great. It was served, but with such many fresh options that it was almost not possible to taste them all. Parking was possible on the street at the hotel with a lot of parking places

Just the only one. Not a real problem but the info could be useful for someone else. This hotel have 4 floors but no elevator. Our room was on 4th floor

A perfect adults only hotel located about 10 minutes walk from the main shopping area. Owner and staff are welcoming and accomodating. Rooms are always fresh and clean and the breakfast is superb. From the hotel it's a 10 minutes drive to Manavgat making it ideal to explore the surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you want to stay somewhere quiter in Side this is a perfect location. We found the restaurants/cafes in Side a bit limited and usually went to Manavgat in the evenings, where there is much better choice. We didnt dine at the hotel, but if the standard is anything like the breakfast then it will be excellent. To the owner and staff - Thank You!

Everything was fantastic. Very welcoming and friendly host, the staff were great too. Very clean, nice and modern hotel. Cosy and tranquil pool area well maintained. Beautiful fresh and plentiful breakfast. This hotel is perfect for those who want to relax as it is a nice quiet place just away from the strip but you can walk there in 15-20 minutes. The air conditioning in the room cooled it down within 3-5 minutes.

The breakfast was really good, the host was amazingly kind and helpful and the bed was very comfortable! We had a very good rest.

We have booked a room deluxe with balcony but we received a standard room because other arriving guests have booked that same room for a whole week, which had priority. (Hotel was fully booked) We of course could understand it, but it would have been nice if we would have been informed about it a little bit earlier. However, the owner gave us a discount and was very kind!

Room was stunning, spotlessly clean great large balcony. Bed linen was great quality best I've ever had in a b and b and bed huge and comfortable. Aircon was new and worked amazingly very much needed in the heat, shower excellent plentiful hot water but also a back up electric shower I presume for winter months. Breakfast was great and the çai was perfect and plentiful, plus points for that. The staff and owner were friendly and professional. Cleaners were respectful and very thorough. Pool area was a delight with the most comfortable sunbed cushions I've ever had, pool was clean and like stepping into a bath. Very very relaxing . The location was quiet and good not far from restaurants 5 mins max and 30 mins walk to side old town and ruins. 12 mins from Roundabout/bus stop road for all busses. There was a mix up with our initial two room booking we arrived at 2 am given a two room suite also amazing and our proper booking was resolved the next day cannot fault anything about staff, food or room an excellently ran hotel. Thanks to everyone involved.

One little niggle the position of the toilet meant knees were up against shower screen mainly difficult to navigate in the night. Oh and leaving was difficult too

The place is beautiful and the staff very friendly and nice. we were unfortunate that it rained for a full day while we were there, so we actually used the Room and WIFI more than we would have otherwise. WIFI was one of the best in Turkey and it is actually possible to work there. They also upgraded us to a large suite which was very nice. 10/10 breakfast was delicious and more than plentiful.

Maybe a desk in the room so that one can use the laptop easily.

This is a small family hotel with a great pool. It's a bit on the side from the main Side attractions, but not so far from the beach in 1.3 km and 2.5 km to the Ancient Side. There is nice breakfast with a plate of cheese, ham and fruits. The room has all amenities, pretty large fridge, electric kettle with tea selection and a wardrobe.

If you have any problems with walking, the hotel might seem to you a bit remote from the main tourist attractions.

Great hotel and delicious breakfasts. Nice room. The hotel is located in a quiet place, but not far from the old town. Although Side itself turned out to be the worst place of our entire trip to the cities of Turkey (all prices in euros and greatly inflated), this hotel was a great place.

It would be nice to have something to hang laundry on to dry.

The staff was great, polite and attentive to each request! Everyone helped and supported us with any questions. The employees cleaned the rooms every day and changed towels. Delicious and nourishing breakfasts, quiet location, close to both the city and the sea. There is a possibility of a free transfer to the sea 2 times in the morning if you don't want to go on foot (15 minutes)

At the end of our vacation, we were surprised that coffee was not included in breakfast and was charged separately. This is the only point that left a negative impression.

I took a taxi from the bus station to the hotel. I think it was about 10 or 11 Euros. The hotel is nice the pool is nice the breakfast is good the room was small but adequate.. booking.com can give you the distances to the ancient ruins and restaurants etc.

I didn't like where the toilet was in the bathroom if you were any taller than I am and I'm 5'9 you would probably have to sit sideways on the toilet. Other than that everything was good..
